#tbt November 2018: #armisticeday 50th anniversary of DDAy when Trump wouldn’t go with Every Single World Leader to #Normandy to honor the fallen soldiers because he didn’t want to get his hair wet. I was there when #macron#trudeau#merkel all made the trip from #paris to #Bretagne to honor Americans and all those soldiers that died for all of our freedom from fascism and continued genocide. Trump said it was too windy for the helicopter. Do you see my hair wet or moving? It was a bit of mist/drizzle. Lying, Draft dodging, Misogynist, Rapist coward. This was a protest of French activists who didn’t even want him in the country. He has zero respect as a leader. That video is such old news.
Today in a nutshell. You don’t go after: #girls#children , people/kids with disabilities, people trying to make a difference, doing good in this crazy world. Way to go alienating everyone including #women#mothers#fathers by attacking a child but also another smack at the 1st amendment you misogynist pig and animal killing @donaldjtrumpjr progeny.
They are right to fear women because we are fearless, strong, invincible and unstoppable when united. It’s time to rise. Enough of this man baby.
@gretathunberg we have your back. Your generation inspires us all. As you can see, I’m handling my #angermanagement very well. 😇
Hakeem Jeffries (D-N.Y.) House Judiciary Committee
12/12, 3:30 PM:
[Jeffries] took a direct shot at Trump, whom he said “attacks everybody who won’t bend the knee.” “He’s attacked John McCain, a war hero. He’s attacked Mitt Romney, 2012 Republican nominee. He’s attacked Bob Mueller, a Marine — a distinguished professional in law enforcement,” Jeffries said. “He has attacked your former speaker Paul Ryan. He attacks gold star families.” “He even attacked today a 16-year-old teenage activist, Greta Thunberg,” Jeffries added. “Are you here to defend that as well?” Jeffries said his Republican colleagues appeared more focused on attacking the Bidens rather than discussing the allegations against Trump. He implored them to stay on task. “Is it okay for the president to solicit interference in the 2020 election or not? Who should decide the outcome of our elections? Is it the Russians? The Chinese? The Ukrainians? Or the American people?” Jeffries asked. “It should be the American people — and that’s why we’re here at this moment … so let’s have a serious discussion about it, and stop attacking Americans who refuse to bend the knee to this president.” By: Michael Brice-Saddler

#trumpisamenace #defendtheconstitution ,
This. I don’t care at all which party the president is from. I like Obama but if he made a phone call like this one to Ukraine, trying to circumvent the votes of Americans to win re-election — I’d want him impeached too.
You can cheat on your wife and stay in office. You could probably beat someone up (maybe even your wife) and stay in office. Unfortunately there is a lot you can do that is unbecoming of a #potus & stay in office - which is as it should be since it shouldn’t be easy to remove a president. What you CANNOT do is betray the American people. What you CANNOT do is undermine democracy. What you CANNOT do is take any action that undermines our votes. Whether you stay or go is the sole power that remains with the people (as much as possible given the incredible amount of effort legislators put into #gerrymandering & otherwise preventing votes). They are all corrupt and all should be removed, but Americans ought to be able to go to sleep knowing that the president will not betray them.
I want you to remember one thing: what @realdonaldtrump is a betrayal but what these #GOP members of Congress are doing is also a betrayal of all of us. You put them in the seat that gives them the power to hold him accountable and to impeach or convict him. YOU gave them the power to do something if and when situations like this developed (not that anyone could’ve imagined something this atrocious). They’re saying no matter how much a POTUS betrays you — they don’t care if it benefits themselves or their party. No matter what he does, they’ll choose him over YOU, because they don’t want bully Trump talking sh*t about them to his base. Really — just to keep this job...to hold onto a power they refuse to use but to benefit themselves.
Who do they serve? Who is their priority?
