![Today’s post is about an accomplishment. It might even be silly for some, but still an accomplishment for us. My favorite model, my wife gave birth 4 years ago. Such an occasion in a woman’s life is a life changing moment, a big transformation in every possible sense. Her body, hormones, her emotions... everything changed. She set the goal to get back to the same weight she had before having a baby. It took a lot of effort, self discipline in many areas and regular physical exercises. And with the help of a wonderful professional nutritionist and close friend she reached her goal. Congratulations, honey! What might sound silly to many, was a personal deep achievement to you and me. And thank you, @joylinenutri for all the guidance! ••••••••• O post de hoje é sobre uma conquista. Minha modelo favorita, minha esposa deu à luz há 4 anos. Para uma mulher, esse é um momento não só marcante mas transformador em todos os sentidos possíveis. Seu corpo, hormônios, suas emoções... tudo mudou. Ela estabeleceu a meta de voltar ao mesmo peso que tinha antes de ter nosso filhinho. Foi preciso muito esforço, autodisciplina em muitas áreas e exercícios físicos regulares. E com a ajuda de uma maravilhosa nutricionista profissional e amiga íntima, ela alcançou seu objetivo.
