Y bon profit a tots!!

If you’re not a chef & used to eating out at restaurants, there’s no better time to learn how to #cook then now. Try some online cooking how-to by finding a healthy meal you can cook. Your family will thank you for it.

Home cooking sessions: golden Yorkshire puddings. Four ingredients. 15 minutes. Forget the store bought stuff. This is how. Full recipe below. 😎🔥
1. Beat 3 eggs in large bowl, then sift in 125g plain white flour + 1tsp salt
2. Hand-whisk together to create smooth batter, then add 150ml whole milk and combine
3. Cover and let stand at room temp 1h
4. Refrigerate overnight - personal choice, not essential (allow to hit room temp before baking)
5. Preheat fan oven to 200c
6. Add 2tsp vegetable oil to each compartment of Yorkshire pudding tray. If you’re a G, use beef dripping
7. Place tray into hot oven for 15 mins to heat oil, should smoke slightly
8. Remove hot tray from oven and pour batter into oil, half way up to top - it should bubble
9. Use teaspoon to catch any droplets when pouring, heavy spillage stops them rising
10. Bake for 15 mins
This is too easy. Batter will take <5 mins to prep. Make sure it’s around room temp before pouring into tin. Batter should bubble as it hits the hot oil. This makes ~8 Yorkies. Big up @gordongram for the recipe #notoriousfoodie 🙅🏽♂️
Baked Coconut Shrimp 🍤🥥
There’s something about this recipe that always reminds me of Bubba Gump’s 🤷♀️ It’s also a great summer recipe, it can be served as an appetizer with spicy mayo or add some French fries to make it a light meal! These coconut shrimp are also baked instead of fried, you you can feel a little less guilty adding fries to the side. 😉
All you will need is:
- 12 Jumbo Shrimp
- 1/2 Cup flour
- 1/2 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs or Panko - 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
- 2 large eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- Cooking Spray
Directions: Preheat oven to 425F. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray. Using three separate bowls: add the two beaten eggs to one, the flour to another and the bread crumbs & coconut in another. Begin breading the shrimp: dunk it in the flour and shake off any excess, then into the eggs, then roll it into the coconut mixture, making sure it’s evening coated. Place on baking sheet and repeat with the rest of the shrimp. Once done, spray the top of the shrimp with more cooking spray and bake for 10 minutes, flip the shrimp and bake for another 7. Serve with spicy mayo and enjoy!

Crispy chicken with tarragon and cream. A little different but I got asked by a good number of people for the recipe ... its incredibly easy! - Chicken in the oven at 180 until crispy
- soften onions with oil and butter
- then add your mushrooms and chopped tarragon - glug of wine and cook for 5 mins - little bit of milk and the secret for me is @elmlea_ukie (single or double) stir well and don’t boil! Add more tarragon to the cream and place in your thighs to serve!
Crispy Chicken Broccoli Mac 🥦🧀
Big ol’ bowl of cheesy, crispy comfort food. I did not measure here with spoons and cups but this is so easy you cannot mess it up. This recipe is easily adjustable to add whatever seasonings you prefer.
CRISPY CHICKEN 🐔: Season chicken tenderloins. I use Hyrb Salt from @ketorubs.
Mix together Unseasoned @porkkinggood pork rind crumbs and Parmesan cheese. I did 1.5C crumbs to 1/2C Parm cheese.
Whisk 1 egg and 1/4 heavy cream together in a bowl and set aside.
Dredge chicken in crumb mix, then egg mix, then back into crumbs.
Air fry at 400° for 6 min a side.
Thoroughly rinse and dry your shiratake noodles.
Heat up 2tbs butter over medium heat.
Add 3oz cubed cream cheese.
Once both are melted add 3/4c heavy cream and bring to a slow boil.
Add 2tbs @daksspices Original red ( or paprika, Garlic and crushed red pepper ) and 1/2tsp Hyrb Salt and stir.
Add 1C shredded cheese slowly by small handfuls and whisk each time to combine.
Add 1C chopped broccoli steamed.
Add back in your noodlesand stir.
Top with sliced chicken.

“Pulpo A La Gallega” - Remembering the first time I made This delicious plate after watching @ericripert on the @bonappetitmag youtube channel.
It is a simple recipe: I let the octopus simmer in a homemade vegetable broth for 45 minutes. .
I then placed on a plate and finished with extra virgin olive oil, cherry vinegar, gentle squeeze of lemon, paprika, salt and pepper. .
Caprese Flatbread Pizza
It’s so quick and easy to make! Don’t let making dough intimidate you because this is worth it! Making the dough takes 15 minutes and is simple ingredients everyone has
flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, olive oil and plain Greek yogurt.
Toppings: red onion, grape tomatoes, mozzarella, oregano, pesto, salt and peps, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze and fresh arugula
