Set yourself up for success! .
Your ability to stick to your goals, and bounce back when you may have stumbled, is based on how well you plan and prepare for it. .
1.) Choose a type of exercise or activity that you enjoy or know you will make time for! You need camaraderie? join a group class! You enjoy dancing? sign up for Zumba! You prefer quick workouts? do HIIT! Like throwing heavy things around? join a CrossFit gym! .
2.) Meal Prep or better yet, track your macros and what you eat! App’s like the @1stphorm MYTRANSFORMATION APP give you allllll the tools you need to get the job done! .
3.) Have a problem snacking or eating sweets? DON’T BUY THEM OR KEEP THEM IN YOUR HOUSE! It’s easier to not have the option than have to resist. .
4.) If you miss a few days from being sick or vacation or travel, GET BACK INTO YOUR ROUTINE ASAP! Don’t wait till the beginning of the next week, or an even number of the month, or whatever, start that day. The sooner you get back into it the quicker it becomes a routine. .
5.) Don’t have the time? MAKE THE TIME. The better organized you are in your daily schedule, it easier it is. You HAVE 30 minutes. That’s all it takes! .

❄️First workout since Sunday!!! Work has been crazy this week which I knew it would be so I am taking a break from the guides and changing it up until after this week is over! ❄️Did my first HIIT workout in a LONG ass time! Surprisingly felt really good until at the very in I cramped up but stuck it out!
