Feliz domingo familia ☺️. Esta semana se presenta movida 😅😅, pero yo ya tengo mis básicos para poder afrontarla y disfrutarla de la mejor de las maneras 🍽.
Ya os aviso de que hay una sorpresita 🎉.
Os cuento lo que he preparado:
🍁Granola casera (tenéis una receta parecida en mi web y otra en mi libro).
🍁Potaje exprés de habichuelas y acelgas (la receta estará en mi próximo libro).
🍁Crema de calabaza, cebolla y nueces de macadamia.
🍁Coliflor troceada (lista para lavar y cocinar).
🍁Brócoli troceado (listo para lavar y cocinar).
Esto lo complementaré con tofu salteado, sopitas de fideos y verduras, ensaladas... y alguna cosa más que tengo en el congelador.

Mood of the day is needing to study but also being so mentally exhausted you can’t even find the energy to read words of your textbook 😂
Slept in today and I think I may have to dub today a ~lazy Sunday~ because I truly can’t find the motivation to do anything besides meal prep and watching Netflix 🤟🏻 so that’s how this day has started out, we’ll see where it takes me a guess!!

It’s crazy to think that almost 2 years ago, I was getting surgery to hopefully remove the ovarian cancer that had taken over my little body at only 23 years old.
Ovarian cancer is know as the SILENT KILLER and that’s because symptoms don’t usually appear until the later stages, like myself. I was diagnosed at Stage 3 and unfortunately it ended up in my spleen and lymph nodes making the new diagnoses Stage 4B...the last stage.
Looking back, I HAD EVERY SINGLE SYMPTOM of ovarian cancer and I had no idea!😭 -
I am extremely blessed and thankful that God placed me in the hands of my doctors and we were able to catch it when we did because in November I will be celebrating 1 year of no evidence of disease! 🙌🏻 There is a TON of miss-information about ovarian cancer and testing!
THERE IS NO TESTING FOR OVARIAN CANCER! A yearly pap CAN NOT detect ovarian cancer! A vaginal ultra sound CAN NOT detect ovarian cancer but can show signs of a mass. A CT/MRI scan can show signs of cancer but CAN NOT determine if it is OVCA! The only way to 100% determine if it is ovarian cancer is by a BIOPSY and that’s it! The CA125 tumor marker level is the way the doctors monitor ovarian cancer once it has already been confirmed that it is OVCA and even then, it’s not always correct!🤯
The most common signs and symptoms of OVCA are:
Frequent urination or the need to go, a lot!
Feeling full quickly
Abdominal pain or lower back pain
Tag at least 2 ladies down below and spread awareness for the cancer know as the SILENT KILLER, you could possibly be saving a life!

🇺🇸/🇬🇧 After eating my fair share of pasta these past days and so ready for a change 😂 And this plate will do the trick : arugula salad, fried eggs, avocado and roasted potatoes 🥑🤤
For the potatoes, wash them, cut them into cubes, add EVOO, salt and spices and bake in oven at 400F/300C for about 35-40 minutes 👌🏼
🇫🇷 Après avoir mangé plein de pâtes ces derniers jours, je suis plus que prête à manger autre chose 😂
Comme ce plat par exemple : salade de roquette, œufs au plat, avocat et pommes de terre grillées 🥑 avec de l’huile d’olive et du piment 🌶
Pour les PdT, je les coupe en cubes, ajoute de l’huile d’olive, du sel et des épices et fait cuire le tout au four à 200C pendant environ 35-40min 👌🏼

Haftanın kapanışını en sevdiğim yerlerden biri olan @sosarestaurant ile yapıyorum 🌯 Özel dersten yeni çıkınca akşam yemeğim biraz geçe kaldı ama her lokmasına değdi resmen 😍 Genelde buranın salatalarını tercih etsem de bugün canım wrap istedi 😋 Ben de Keçi peynirli ve Avokadolu wrap aldım 🥑 -Ekmek seçeğini dilerseniz kepekli yapabiliyorsunuz, ben o şekilde tercih ettim 😌- İçinde ek olarak ızgara sebzeler ve tam emin olamasam da sanırım patlıcanlı bir sos vardı 🍆 Ve cidden aşşırı güzeldi 😍 Hani bazı yemekler vardır, her lokması ayrı lezzetlidir ve bitmesin istersiniz 🤩 İşte bu tam ondandı 💯 Biri videomu falan çekse tam olurdu 😂 Normalde peynir sevmeyen ben bile buna düştüm resmen 🤤

10 months ago I decided to focus on myself and my healthy and wellness. I started my weight loss journey using a keto diet and exercising 5-6 days a week! It was a challenge for sure, but I was determined to lose the weight and keep it off for good! 😉
Today, I am 50lbs lighter and feel better than I’ve felt in a long time. I still have a few more pounds to lose and some toning to do, but I’m so happy where I’m at! ❤️
