Tâmaras recheadas com amêndoas torradas e pasta de castanha 🍫
📝E para fazer é bem simples:
1. Torre as amêndoas em uma frigideira antiaderente e mexa até que fiquem douradas. Reserve.
2. Parta o chocolate em pedaços (usei ½ barra de chocolate 85% cacau) e derreta-o em banho-maria, mexendo para não deixar queimar.
3. Retire o caroço das tâmaras e recheie-as com uma amêndoa torrada e a pasta de castanha de caju.
4. Com auxilio de um garfo, banhe as tâmaras no chocolate, envolvendo-as bem. Dê leves sacudidas para retirar o excesso.
5. Disponha as tâmaras em um recipiente forrado com papel-manteiga e leve ao congelador por 10-20 minutos.

Lately, I’ve been struggling to come up with good ideas for content.
I recently found myself being envious of my colleagues who post carousel vids of their workouts every day. How easy would that be? No studies to summarize, no infographics to make, no thoughtfulness required. Just post a handful of videos at random, making sure to incorporate a lot of variety. And making sure to film the right angles and look sexy.
The thing is, that shit doesn’t work. Doing random workouts every day probably delivers half the results of a well thought out program.
My workouts are boring AF because I mostly do the same stuff week in and week out. Setting records and engaging in progressive overload sucks. It’s definitely not sexy. These influencers didn’t build their bodies with random workouts, but I digress. It’s really not their fault.
It’s your (you, the followers) fault. Who wouldn’t resort to these tactics if they could quickly amass a huge following? The influencers are just providing a supply for the demand. You want random new workouts that don’t require you to have to go hard or heavy. You need them to satisfy your cravings so you can feel the burn but not have to do more than you did the week prior.
I don’t blame the influencers. They just need to eat right and look the part while posting their inferior workouts on the daily and their fans eat it up. I’d probably do it too if I could get away with it, but unfortunately there’s not much of a market for hairy, semi-chunky, middle-aged dudes.
The onus is on you guys to rise up. To learn more and demand better. Until that time comes, random is what you’ll get from the vast majority of influencers.

Estoy muy contenta con el resultado de esta receta. Básicamente la hice revisando los ingredientes que tenía en mi cocina y probando el gusto y consistencia de los ingredientes.
Inspirada en las enseñanzas de mi maestra la chef @moniquevinay en @plantbasedchef.mx, esto se trata de meterse a la cocina, experimentar a base de prueba y error e incluso echar a perder hasta que nos enamoremos del resultado❤️. Aquí la receta de esta delicia:
🍃 1 1/4 taza de harina de almendras orgánica
🍃 1 cda. de cacao en polvo
🍃 2/4 taza de caramelo de dátil (receta en post anterior)
🍃 1/3 taza de crema de cacahuate
🍃 Integrar todos los ingredientes hasta obtener una consistencia homogénea.
🍃Debe quedar una consistencia manejable para que puedas hacer las trufas con tus manos.
🍃 Dar forma a las trufas y dejar reposar unos minutos.
🍃 Algunas las rellené de cacahuate natural.
* Como cobertura les añadí:
🌱 Cacao en polvo
🌱 Coco deshidratado

Failure is a part of life, it is part of the process and a necessity.
There is no possible way to go through life without failure. It gives you experience, knowledge, resilience, growth, and value.
All the greats have failed at some point in their life, what set them apart, what set them up for success was not giving up and that's what matters, don't give up, learn from it and thrive.
Will I succeed as a personal trainer? Will people come to me for help? Will @agapparel85 be successful? I don't know but what I do know is there will be failures in the process but my drive and willing ness to succeed won't let me give up.
Giving up is the only sure way to fail.
