Some gurus say to think positive thoughts. Have you ever tried to stop negative thoughts? How often have you succeeded? Not as much as you'd like, right. Here is why.
First, a lot of people have glucocorticoid resistance (GCR), meaning they need higher levels of cortisol to have the same activation. For example, when your Dr asks for a cortisol screening, the results will typically be within the range of 10–20 micrograms per deciliter (mcg/dL) in a healthy person.
If you're above that range, and have GCR, your genes are increasing the expression of cortisol to activate the same cellular functions as a person without GCR. Unfortunately, as I learned, it lowers higher thinking by putting us in a state of worry or disappointment in ourselves.
So, the first issue that needs to be addressed is gaining the system by increasing glucocorticoid sensitivity. It's not difficult, having anxiety and panic attacks myself, I had to gain my system, you can too 👊
