Just for fun, I wanted to make some munnies that I can use to share some stuff about me. I’m going to call it the “AuTOYbiography” series. <--See what I did there? I know...lame. Lol.

The last time I saw a solar eclipse was during recess in middle school in 1999 in Guam! 🔭 Oh how life has changed since then. 💛 [IG stories] 📸 by @lesliezaikis
Finally finished my mass production project (more like only 10) of Guam Flag Munnies for my fellow Guamies! These are for sale so if you're interested in purchasing one, email me at [email protected] Each is going for $45 (add $7 for shipping if you're off-island). I'm trying to earn some extra money towards my expenses for grad school and I know it'll take a lot of hard work and I'm willing to work extra extra extra hard to do so. 😉👍 I greatly appreciate all your support!

Hey guys! 👋🏼❤️ My name is Shizuka!
I'm SOOOO excited to be your host for this week on @guamweekly
I am the owner of a bakery here on Guam 🇬🇺 called Patisserie PariSco @pariscoguam with my husband @cheflouboutin 👨🏼🍳 Me and my husband met in Japan at a dessert shop and fell in love and we got married here on Guam and opened this bakery in 2013. A Love story ain't it? 😅
My world revolves around art, food, travel, photography, gym, and more!
I majored in photography in San Francisco back in 2006-2008.
I fell in love with baking one year and stopped doing photography and moved to Japan and did one year of easy baking (where I met my hubby). I didn't think one year was enough so my father sent me to France for 2 years of study and interning at famous Parisien pastry shops.
I came back to Guam in 2012, started small, baked for family and friends, and got married. We opened our bakery to the public in 2013.
In between 2013 to now, I've also studied wedding cakes and drip cakes in London and learned from some awesome Instagram bakers in Bangkok!
During my free time, I love to cook, bake, and share my recipes of delicious food and desserts (which you will find on my ig page @sweetsavoryshiz ). I am literally in the kitchen pretty much 24/7 whether it's at my shop or at home!
My Favorite things to do are :
1. Traveling and discovering new cultures and food
2. Create new recipes
3. Social media
4. Cuddling with my furbabies
5. Grocery shopping 🛒
6. Being a boss lady 💁🏻♀️
7. Thinking about the future 🔮
8. Date nights with the hubby
9. Exercising so I can maintain my weight and shape(lol)
10. Eating (of course!) Follow me @sweetsavoryshiz
to see what goes on my life on a daily basis!
Send me a DM anytime and be sure to say hi! 😍 😍 😍
