@Lori harder wrote in her book #atribecalledbliss “We are on her on this earth to create type of experiences and life that forces the highest version of ourselves to show up. We are here to share love, us our gifts, and the the solutions to our own obstacles so we can then teach what we’ve learned and how we moved through it to others. We are here to expand into the extraordinary beings we are intended to be. We are not meant to move through this life alone but to find a tribe of loving and supportive sisters to come together and share our stories, extract our unique message, use our voices. It will only be by sharing our strengths and struggles that we will break free and rise up to our highest potential and bliss. In isolation, our shame and fear grows stronger. Through vulnerable, compassionate union we free not only our souls and the souls closest to us, be we shift, heal and elevate the soul of the planet.”
I am beyond humbled by This group of amazing women (minus our Lauryn) we have been sharing, speaking our truth, showing up for each other, listening, and holding space to elevate each other for the past 8 weeks. To know so many phenomenal woman and to share space in one room gives me the hope that we collectively can collaborate and make a difference In each other’s lives and the lives of the humans we encounter.
Happy Birthday Maggie, Casey, Laurie and Sarah! This was a #blissful First of many outings we have aside from our #tribemeetings

"Go back and take care of yourself. Your body needs you, your feelings need you, your perceptions need you. Your suffering needs you to acknowledge it. Go home and be there for all these things."🙏🏼☀️🇳🇿
Vipassana bliss on my face and pure gratitude in my heart ❤️
Having served for a silence retreat at Dhamma Medini for 5 days gave me the chance to work and meditate together with beautiful souls - just the perfect preparation for exciting days to come... Thanks for the beautiful food, conversations and time in silence! 🙏🏼✈️❤️
I hope you didn't come here for an Insta perfect photo coz that ain't happening.
This is my reality. Over tired, cranky, teething toddler on the ground throwing toys and puzzle pieces around.
Cranky threenager, milk spilt on the table, 6 different types of food out and she won't eat a single one even though she is hungry.
My crappy thrown together lunch. A basket of half folded washing and my laptop open trying to do some work in between the tantrums, taking a bite of food, changing nappies, getting more food that won't be eaten, filling up 3 bottles because the first was the wrong colour and second wasn't cold enough all while the rest of my house is a mess and I still have more washing to hang up and bring inside.
My point is, you can do anything if you want it bad enough. Saying you don't have enough time or whatever your BS excuse is won't get you the life you want. It's about prioritising. Prioritising your health, your happiness and setting up a better future for yourself and your family. Doing what you can in those stolen moments and not giving up!
Oh, and don't forget the glass of vodka there 😉
