Everyone of us has felt beaten down, broke, and broken at some point in our life, but it’s those that learn from these experiences that grow stronger and don’t repeat the same mistakes of the past.
As tough as it can be, be thankful for the hard times because they are what give you perspective and strength to conquer any problem! #YouCanHaveSuccess@thegrowinginvestor

Life is filled with ups and downs. Sometimes life is easy and exciting like cruising downhill on a skateboard.
Other times it’s difficult and scary like climbing the top of a mountain. No matter what stage you’re at right now in your life, you have to move if you want your life to move forward.
That mountain isn’t going away, you just have to start climbing. The journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.
So take that step and keep moving forward, no matter how long it takes you. #YouCanHaveSuccess

I so wish, we had a culture, an environment where people rather than treating mistakes as something to be ashamed of, should treat it as a celebration for the next level, we all need to have a brainwash and a culture where we are not put down and feel down for making mistakes, falling and failing, but rather encourages to a point where we get more thrilled and excited for stepping the next, higher level.
I wish, people had told us that life’s all about learning, its okay to fail at the times, its even okay to fail a couple of thousands of times, as long as you have a fire in heart to never give up, and learn relentlessly, and i so wish, people had made us feel safe and secure and accepted when we made a mistake than making us feel guilty and insecured.
Leave “GROWTH” If you have always considered mistakes as a mere growth!✨
This concept is so important. No, I'm not condoning lying and dishonesty, I am saying there is someone who will believe in you, or hire you to set you on the right path to your dreams! Thank them by constantly #learning and growing in your craft, business, and experiences.
YOU CAN DO THIS
This post is a bit delayed because I couldn't walk on my left knee this morning. I hit it at some point and thought maybe it was that, but I actually think it's my job transition to online coaching and spending more time seated during the day than before. I actually workout more than I did, but it's the duration of being seated that seems to be effecting my body.
So, here is a quick joint mobility routine for all of you fellow desk jockeys. There's no right way, just get up every hour or so, start from the head and work your way down. I do 2-5 reps of each. This routine took me just under 7mins and I have done this twice today already, and my knee is feeling so much better.
Spend more time in ranges that feel tight. Joint movement helps because it stimulates increased joint fluid, allowing joints to glide better.
Try this and let me know how it goes!
