A volte il regalo più grande che possiamo farci è darci il permesso di essere intuitivi. ☀️🌸

Our final growth scan & consultant appointment went well yesterday and I've officially been signed off back to midwife led 🙌 We found being consultant led during this pregnancy was something we were actually grateful for as we had so many more scans and appointments it was more reassuring than anything ❤ The reasons behind me being consultant led have not affected the baby in any way, one of the health reasons could of potentially led to concerns with his growth so I was put on medication. This may have helped or like the consultant said yesterday my body may have just done the work on it's own 👌 It's amazing what your body can do, after all the failed fertility treatment followed by the 3 IVF cycles and yet here I am carrying our little baby which my body had no medical intervention help with doing at all 💙
I’m grateful for this experience and qualifying for this weekend. It’s given me the knowledge and vision to better empower my team and personally help myself become a better leader.
In life we need to always be grateful, it is the first step in making w difference in our life. Once your are grateful for your life, you being to see yourself as worth it. No thought about ending it will come and even when they do it quickly disappears. Gratitude

This was delecious.
There is a story about my country and nation that I want to share with you today. On 23rd of August, exactly 30 years ago, more than 2 million people from Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania joined their hands to form a 600 km long human chain that connected three capitals — Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. Women and men, children an elderly people — this way they were fighting for freedom, their land and cultures, showing strength in unity. No shots, no tear gas, not a single tire was burnt, not a single person was hurt.
Later this and other events of those years were named “Singing revolution”. A peaceful revolution that overthrew a violent regime.
There are so many things in life worth protecting and fighting for — freedom, respect, inclusion, equal rights and opportunities; your family and land, your culture and beliefs. We all have our own battles, and no matter how big or small — they all are of utmost importance.
But none of those should ever be used as an excuse for violence and aggression.
I hope to see more people fighting for their values, but do that with kindness, not offence, confidence, not violence, looking for things that make us one and not for things that set us apart.

Well what a day yesterday was! Talking about stepping out of one’s comfort zone, but boy was it worth it 😄
I truly had the BEST time running two workshops on our self-talk, gratitude and of course resilience to 200 women who work for the Victorian Government. These women were all so engaged and so willing to learn and grow both professionally and personally. Honestly, I could not be happier. They asked so many fantastic questions and opened up about their own personal circumstances - such a wonderful privilege to be given the opportunity to empower them 💗
It was all part of the Victorian Government’s Empowering Women Summit held at the @mcec. Such a beautiful day where I too got to be empowered by hearing talks during the event’s plenary luncheon. The 3 keynote speakers were @holly_ransom, the incredible Sergeant Maha Sukka and Brigid Monagle. All very unique, these women were able to offer all 1,100 of us in the room their own perspective, life experience and wisdom on all things leadership, courage and uncovering our potential 👊
Each referenced so many remarkable people in their talks and here’s just one of them:
“Let the beauty of what you love be what you do.” - Rumi ...I couldn’t agree more 👍💫
