If I cornered you in the street and demand you hand over your money, you wouldn’t hesitate in knowing what to call it...theft! If a group of people were to demand at least one third of your income every month and threaten you with consequences if you didn’t accept their offer of “protection”, you wouldn’t hesitate in knowing what to call that as well...theft!
Every month at least one third of your income is taken from you forcibly, without your consent. It is taken by an organization as criminal as any on earth and masquerades behind the guise of government. How does government differ from a robber? Why is the state’s “protection” racket different from that of any other criminal organization? Both conform to my dictionary’s definition of theft, which is the seizure of individuals’ property without their consent.
The only difference is that the government is less honest than criminals. At least a thief doesn’t claim to be committing his crime for your own good.

Please don’t move the current conversation away from the realissue! URBAN=BLACK, PERIOD!!! The current BLACK executives in the #musicbusiness stand on the shoulders of #Legendary#Icons who fought in the 70’s and 80’s for fair and equal treatment INSIDE of these buildings. On top of not having a proper #seatathetable to run entire departments and companies overall, on top of the successful selling of #BlackMusic to people of all races that had been going on for decades (kind of like today), on top Black executives doing the same jobs as their white colleagues for less money... the term #BLACK was then removed from the musical lexicon because it was #toostrong for advertisers who wanted to further monitize the music on a larger scale! #Urbanmusic divisions were built to give Black executives a true voice and an opportunity to run and manage an aspect of the business that was largely being ignored by the corporations (see #theharvardreport). The #majorlables would not even be in the Black music business be it not for independent labels or joint ventures with black record labels and “Dominant players largely in the 1970s, they included Motown, the Stax Organization, Sussex Records, and the Great Philadelphia Trading Co. Ltd. A huge reason for their success is that they had a Dream Team of founders and CEOs, including Berry Gordy, Al Bell, Clarence Avant, and Kenny Gamble. These men were masterminds of companies that made soul music a critical part of America’s pop culture.” See @blackenterprise July 19, 2019. #Racism and #inequality run rampant in #CorporateAmerica but that is not why we are here today! We are in a #fightforourlives and we need to focus on the #systemic#oppresion and #unfairtreatment of minorities by #institutions and #government overall. I’ll say it again, we need to #Plot#Plan#Strategize#Organize and #properlymobilize around the bigger conversation, not strip away the work of the #trailblazers who fought to get what few opportunities we still have today. For all those who want to drop #Urban from the Black music scene please #DOSOMERESEAECH#LEAVETHENAMEALONE #URBAN=BLACK, #URBANCULTURE=POPCULTURE 🙏🏽✊🏾🙏🏽
Aye kaale, aye Kaawe, aye bandar, black man
Welcome to India, the land of diversity and
We shall be racist cause we can
Aye chinki, aye cheeni, aye momo wale man
Welcome to India, the land of diversity and
We can be racist because we can
You got slanted eyes
You got a huge nose
You don't look Indian
Are you from the family of crows?
Don't be shy you racist I'm talking to you
Black lives matter
Yet they deserve to be in a zoo?
Hypocrisy, if it were to be a nation
Dang India would be one, of the best explanation
White skin is glorious
Brown skin is average
Dusky skin is ugly
Black skin a shame
Another north eastern killed
Another one spat on
Another African pushed out his house
Because we can, come on...
Our youth in a nutshell
Let me tell you it
Justice for George floyd is valid
Only if you truly support it
Looks like god made a mistake to bless you
With diversity of land, culture and people
Toxicity is what we shall present to you
Oh gosh shame on you hedonistic
India is praised for it's ethereal diversity
While another Muslim succumbed
To singing the national anthem weakly
What a trivialized monstrosity
Look at energy shown for an app ban
Where's the energy gone
When fairness creams still bully the tan
Ohh truth hurts doesn't it
When you realise your incompetence
You realise your contribution
Is merely memes and internet drama
How many are brave enough
To battle the political melodrama?
For those who try to make a change
Even with a tiny tweet or saying
You're doing great and will continue to do
Keep raising your voice
Against the corrupt fools
You're doing great everyone
You're the nation's much prized tools
You know who's guilty
You know the power of the internet
Fighting the ugly 'Boy's locker room'
was an example of true Indians, isn't it?
Let's keep fighting the evils
You think we quite people have no clue
You exactly know who you are
And I exactly know you too
Hey everyone! I know this poem is harsh and many of you may feel uncomfortable reading it and no... I am in no way against entertainment of any sort or even memes

The government is so excited about opening up the country and giving us back our jobs in a country that should have never been shut down to begin with. Idiots

Buddy, look, the first time I saw this, I WANTED it to be fake. Donald Trump was always a bad person, but I wanted to believe that the most overpowered and gun-happy country in the world at least has a government that won’t allow for this oversight and elect Joseph Fritzel 2.0-
[Started this one with poetry partner @theartprojecttt and we both struggled with the prompts that we were so drawn to. The end result is something we hated and loved enough to be unsure. Yet we post, to know if you are as drawn by it. Tell us.] The gap between propaganda and reality
drinking blood like wine
the intoxicating indifference to greed and power
the dysfunctional penmanship that leads the mind.
The swindler and that swine
swallowing loaves of the homeless.
an imposing sound of a wooden hammer.
The disquiet of displacement and distance
is all this is about, inside.
The crush of hunger in this madness
the hope, the hope, this unwieldy
hope a future while
tightrope walking a land in divide.
The need, constant thirst to hoard
monies that always becomes before integrity or pride.
We've existed through parasitic hierarchies
do you think this will end?
We tread over graves
of a thousand. While petals are showered overhead. .
The promises of my government are softer than their hands
that crushed the voices of its citizens
each one choking voicelessly.
how many deaths does it take to build a nation
how many murders
how many homeless people
What dacoitery, how many robberies?
to reinstate power
to break fragile necks of the system
the spine of a neutered country.
The body of fragile untruths erected on news channels
my father stares calmly
hoping that surely some day
something would come true.
I am forgetting hope, like the names
and faces of people
forgotten after lynching and kidnapping
after molesting and arresting.
The gap between propoganda and reality
If truth, the truth be told.

One thing I have learned over the years though, I do not trust the government at all. Period. Neither party truly has our best interests at heart. There are some good people in government, but very few.

Your point has nothing to do with colour it’s the failure of our government, local authorities and our past generations that we have “black kids killing each other” hopefully BLM protests will help educate our generation so needless hate isn’t passed on to the next.
In case folks needed some more proof of my claim that the United States is a corporation and not a country. It's a corporation just like Apple or Amazon or GE. All of your state and local governments are corporations as well. Folks have got to learn this.

Tiananmen and Hong Kong, what´s going on?
Just a couple of days ago (June 4th) was the 31st anniversary of a landmark event, the Tiananmen Square Massacre, orchestrated by the Chinese government against civilians that opposed the Communist tyranny. On June 4th, 1989, armed soldiers and tanks attacked civilians demanding democratic rights in the dictatorship. Hong Kong, a former British colony that had "a certain autonomy" since joining mainland Chinese control has enjoyed broad benefits with Western governments. Today they continue to be burdened by the interference of the Chinese government that seeks to have more control over the territory.
Every year in Hong Kong thousands of people gather to commemorate the massacre, however, this year only a certainly smaller crowd than in previous years was present, not only for fear of the Covid-19 but for fear of retaliation that China could take against citizens.
In addition, the fact that Mike Pompeo once again criticized China for its actions against the liberties of Hong Kong, reliving the Tiananmen event, while on a meeting with the survivors of the massacre.
Democracy and the free-market economy might only remain an illusion in one of the countries with the most government-imposed restrictions in the world if Beijing is to seize more control over Hong Kong. For now, we will wait for the outcome of the strong political tensions that this whole situation creates.

Taking a swipe at Congress general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya on Saturday said social media projects her as a "prominent national leader" but she could not even ensure the victory of her brother and then party president Rahul Gandhi from Amethi in the 2019 parliamentary election.
Seeking to downplay the impact of Priyanka Gandhi in state politics, Keshav Prasad Maurya said, "I do not take her seriously... We have already named her ''Priyanka Twitter Vadra''. She only tweets for 2-3 days and the media remains busy and social media shows her as a prominent national leader."
It is not that much of a surprise that those who feel entitlement due to race, gender, money, etc. now feel threatened. Any serious human has the right information about what reality in the world really is no matter how much corporations and governments may attempt to conceal it.
our government only cares about money and their riches i and many others do not think that every life matters

So between this guy and Bill De Blasio defending his daughter being doxed, is there anyone in government who isn't totally in love with the police force? https://twitter.com/Jasperlope/status/1269036625478119425 …
When we vet organizers, we are making sure they are not infiltrated by white terrorists. We do not control or police people. We are only here to share information and keep everyone communicating and aware. We are not responsible for what individuals do at these or any other type of event!
We will only post protests where we have vetted the organizer and/or know it's an OG activist.
This event's location will be disclosed an hour before the event to minimize any planned disruption. The goal of this event is to come together as a community to discuss effective ways to take action against police terrorism. .
The plight of the inter-State worker returning home has loomed large over the crisis caused by the COVID-19, with Uttar Pradesh being one of the first States to undertake skill mapping and announce policies to try and assure employment to returning workers within the State. It had launched a skill mapping exercise of all returning workers to get an assessment of what employment can be provided in situ. The results of this exercise are trickling in and provide an interesting picture.
Uttar Pradesh, according to the State government’s own undertaking, has received 26 lakh of its workers back from where they had migrated for work. “Of these 26 lakh people, we have completed the skill mapping exercise for 18 lakh,” said a senior source in the Uttar Pradesh government.
