Whenever things don’t go the way I want, I always remind myself of how grateful I am that in the past, I didn’t get the things I thought I wanted, whether that be in career path, relationships or friendships. I’m thankful for the painful doors that have closed on me only to lead me down another career path, relationships that have ended that I thought I wanted only to lead me into the perfect one & unhealthy friendships that have fallen apart for me to see true colors 🌈 At the moment, I couldn’t make sense of it and felt pain but now looking back, I can clearly see that the things I thought I wanted had to fall apart for what I truly wanted to come together. So now, whenever something undesirable happens to me that is out of my control, I remind myself that I can’t control outcome but very soon, I will be able to see very soon why it wasn’t meant to be 💫
