Finishing didactic year and starting clinical rotations on Monday calls for a professional pic with my trusty stethoscope! There are fifty-two days left in this year!! You can either procrastinate a little longer on all the things you’ve been telling yourself you would do in 2019, or you can get to work on accomplishing those goals girl!
These are my tips for creating reachable goals:
1️⃣ WRITE IT DOWN. Think of what you want to achieve; make it manageable and realistic, then write it down so you won’t forget.
2️⃣ CREATE SMALL DEADLINES. Sort your goal into small things that you can work on each day and create weekly deadlines to reach to get you closer.
3️⃣ KNOW WHY. Write down 5 reasons for why reaching this goal is important to you and how it will enhance your life.
4️⃣ TELL A FRIEND. Speaking your goal out loud will help it seem more real and tangible and help hold you accountable!
5️⃣ DITCH THE EXCUSE. Write down every possible excuse or obstacle you can think of that is keeping you from your goal, cross them out and ban them from entering into your mind.
I’m currently setting my goals for the last 50 days of the year. Don’t put it off til January, get that bread now! What are your goals for the rest of the year??

From April to November I focused on my and my desire to be better some days I failed myself but I jumped right back up & pushed harder. Today I am proud of me as I reflect on what I endured to get to this point I can say I am a bad @ss ... I didn't do it alone but it was me pushing myself through every obstacle & telling myself to stop stress eating... I'm a foodie I love good flavorful food especially when I reach those tough breaking points... long story short if I can then anyone can just stay the course and focus on yourself ...
