1/2 cup cashews
1/2 cup almond meal
1/2 cup coconut flour

Obviously beer is the greatest thing since sliced bread to me, but I want to introduce you to another love of mine that some people seem to be skeptical of.... KOMBUCHA! 🍵

🥙😍 Roasted Cauliflower & Chickpea Shawarma Wraps! 📷 by @thevegansara
Recipe: 1 lb cauliflower small florets, 1 can of chickpeas drained, rinsed, & dried, 1 tsp each of cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, turmeric, coriander, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp each of cinnamon, ginger powder, black pepper, 1/8 tsp of cayenne, 1/4 cup olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon Tzatziki Sauce: 1 cup non dairy plain yogurt, juice of 1/2 lemon, 2 garlic cloves minced, 1 tbl of fresh dill ( sub dried dill weed to taste), 1 mini cucumber grated with water squeezed out using kitchen towel, s/p to taste
1️⃣ In a medium bowl combine chickpeas & cauliflower.
2️⃣ In a small bowl combine spices, oil, and lemon mix well
3️⃣ Pour mix over veggies till everything is coated
4️⃣ On a parchment lined large baking sheet, roast chickpeas & cauliflower at 425 F for 25-30 Rotating and flipping half way through
6️⃣ Meanwhile, make tzatziki sauce, combine all ingredients, mix well
7️⃣ Wrap up in your favorite wrap style bread (sara used pita) drizzle with tzatziki sauce. you can also add pickled red onions, cucumbers, pickles, hummus, & some parsley

15 minute meatless Monday dinner over here 🙌🏻 Chickpea tacos 🌮 with avocado + salsa on the side. Roasted some chickpeas that are ready in 15 minutes and tossed them in some @sietefoods cassava flour tortillas... perfection! -
We’re still trying to do 1-2 meatless dinners over here and this one was so easy and a hit. The crunchy chickpeas were delish 👌🏻 Chickpeas are a great meal prep option because you can snack on them, throw them on a salad, or throw them in some tacos. Just nice to have on hand when you get hangry 😉 Hope you all had a great start to the week! -
#healthyfood details 👉🏻 Preheat oven to 450F.
Drain and rinse a can of chickpeas.
Take two towels and place the chickpeas between them and roll them around, this gets some of the skin off of them. I used to peel mine but now I just do this and call it a day because it saves so much time. Line or grease a baking sheet, add the chickpeas, coat with @primalpalate taco seasoning, bake for 15 mins, flip with a spatula or just literally shake the pan 1/2 way through. Paired with 2 crispy @sietefoods tortillas + peppers + avocado + @aldiusa salsa #plantbased#plantbaseddiet#choosingbalance

Had 2 of my wisdom teeth taken out this week so of course had a whole list of what a couldn't have or do. - no straws 🥤
- no hot liquids (including coffee 😭)
- no carbonated beverages - no seeds, nuts, rice 🍚
- ...pretty much just softer foods for the first week.
Can I just say if it wasn't for this meal replacement drink right here I probably would be starving right now. I am horrible at taking care of myself as far as food is concerned and this was exactly what I needed. 🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻 Plus it is delicious!!!😋 No junk...just goodness. Had my protein for the day and even a bunch of vitamins and prebiotics. No artificial ANYTHING!

🌱😍 Crispy pan fried vegan perogies! 📷 by @jazzminkaita 🚨🚨Recipe: For the Dough
3 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup water
1/4 cup vegan butter, melted
For the Filling
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound yellow onions, diced (about 2 medium)
1 large (about 1 pound) russet potato, peeled and diced
1/4 cup unflavored soy or almond milk
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast flakes
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 teaspoon salt, plus more to taste
2-3 tablespoons vegan butter
To make the dough, stir the flour and salt together in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in the water and butter to form a dough. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 6 minutes, until smooth and elastic. Transfer the dough to a lightly oiled bowl and cover. Allow it to rest for 1 hour.
While the dough rests, caramelize the onions. Place the onions and oil into a medium skillet and stir a few times to coat the onions with oil. Set the skillet over medium-low heat. Allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until the onions become very soft and light brown, about 45 minutes.
