I haven’t been that motivated for physique improvements in awhile, but since provs I’ve been allll about the 🍑 gains. (Please excuse my tired face, I’ll post the set that is responsible for these eye bags later. 😂)
It’s fun and exciting to have a not-strength-goal right now while I’m deep in this hypertrophy block.
It makes the hard squat/dead days feel literally twice as rewarding as I know I’m putting in the effort towards both my strength and physique goals.

I remember college Cynthia in the Marine Reserves — working two part-time minimum wage jobs to get by. I ate eggs, oatmeal, and @innout almost every day cause that’s all I could afford.
I also remember moving back in with my parents and then getting let go from my first professional job after college, the day after I admitted I had multiple mental disabilities. I felt like I failed, but it was a blessing. If I had stayed in that job, I would have been miserable and it would have taken until my mid-30’s to hit 6-figures. Instead, I picked up all my shit and moved to LA for a career change into recruiting. I worked my ass off and ended up making 6-figures at 25. And this year, I celebrated making more money from just my side hustle than I did in that first job.
There’s two kinds of people out there. Those who get beat down and stay down, and those who rise up stronger than before. Who do you choose to be? #resiliency#getup#happyfriday

Hell, I know this sounds kinda rich coming from a personal trainer but it's true. How about you start to put your energy and focus into getting strong, physically and mentally? Because exercise (and I'm specifically talking about resistance training) gives you way more than just a transformed shape
You might not care RN, but you lack confidence, self-belief and mental resilience because you don't believe you can do things. You reckon you can never see things through till the end and keep giving up
Resistance training gives you ALL the confidence when you realise how much stronger you're getting. And doing something physically hard, like this, is also so mentally challenging you get thr biggest damn BUZZ when you make yourself do something you didn't think you could
