That‘s me 2009 with a giant boombox that I built in design school. During that time I sold my car, quit my Appartment and moved into a Camper so I can put all my resources into building a shop and working on my skills. Best decision I ever made! ❤️

⭐Changing habits, mindset and beliefs take time and daily practice. ⠀
⭐No-one is better than anyone else, no-one just knew how to do this. ⠀
⭐I was in a right old state and if I can do it, I really believe you can. ⠀
⭐If you're full of doubt, just know that today is a new day and you can start right now. ⠀
⭐Be open to new ways and get rid of the old ones that no longer serve you. ⠀
⭐And always focus on whether you're adding into your life or taking away. ⠀ Are you with me? 🙌🏻

Mood. For life.

I get asked this question quite a lot. It seems like the aptest question to ask which applies to almost every aspect of life - business, work, relationships.⠀
To put it bluntly, I don't have the exact framework that fits in perfectly in every situation on when to give up. There are so many other factors to consider, but the key points that I talked about are the ones that I hold dear to my heart. I spoke about the willingness to eat shit, and grind. The patience to hold out and see whether is it working. And the ability to accept the worst-case scenario if all else fails.⠀
Again, I strongly urge all you to read this to practice self-awareness. It all boils down to that. To be aware of whether are you willing to eat shit, take losses, and move on. More importantly, to come to terms with yourself.⠀
Like I always say, most battles take place in the heart and mind than the external world. Conquer yourself, and you will conquer the world. GET YOUR ANSWERS AT THE END OF VIDEO! 🔥
Throw your thoughts below on what other factors should we consider before we give up? Would love to hear from you ❤️ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Just a little practice (I've gotten rusty). These past few months I've been super low on supplies of the type that I'm accustomed to using. Haven't been crafting much. At all.
Hopefully soon that'll start to change.
The plan is to do a small-ish handbag with a theme of something similar to this, with my remaining supplies.
We shall see.

Some tips on #GETTINGSTARTED with DOSE!!
Coffee ☕ or 🍫 Cocoa!
1. Shake/stir the tub well before using. There are nootropics with the coffee, this will ensure they are mixed well from possible settlement. 🌱 (also how you’ll find your lost scoop 😂) 2. Start with only HALF a scoop/packet if you never drank coffee or may be sensitive to caffeine. (That’s how I had to start, a full serving made me tired) • If you do not feel a difference, then use a full scoop the following day. • (Only 1 cup a day needed but some do up to 2. You can even do 1/2 a scoop in the AM then 1/2 a scoop later in the afternoon if you prefer)
3. WATER!! Drink approximately half your weight in ounces of water. Ex: 200 lbs = 100 ounces
Coffee is a natural diuretic.
Becoming dehydrated can cause fatigue, dizziness, feeling lightheaded, or headaches.
4. If you're taking 💊Xanthomax, (the other main part of DOSE) this will be individualized depending on your body's response.
Take 1 capsule 20-30 minutes before coffee/cocoa. *Some get a little sleepy with Xanthomax, so if you experience this, take later in the day some do it right before bed. *if you experience headaches make sure you are drinking lots of water, that typically stops after a few days. *If you can’t make it 20-30mins before coffee you can take it right before, just pay attention to how you feel. Lots of people do this but for some it may be to much.
Xanthomax CAN be taken up to 3 times daily if needed.
Every one is different so the way one person uses the products may or may not work for you. Go with the way you feel BEST. ** If you’re using more than 4-8oz of liquid (combined including your creamer) and you’re not feeling all the benefits everyone is talking about you may be diluting it to much, cut back on your liquid and see how that works. **This is an instant coffee. It can be consumed by itself (black), with creamer, sweetener, iced, in a smoothie, a mocha, mixed in your regular coffee, etc. It does not matter how you drink it! 😊 ***The cocoa doesn't dissolve as well as the coffee does, so use hot water/milk (I use a hand held frother I ordered on amazon for $6)
OR you can make a smoothie or milk
Sometimes it seems like other people have all the luck. I confess to being jealous of those high achievers who I think are blessed with amazing good fortune.
But envy is a pointless emotion, a waste of time, and flat-out counter-productive because it points our focus in the wrong direction.
In the book The Creative Habit: Learn It and Use It for Life, author (and famous dancer/choreographer) Twyla Tharp argues that most of what we see as luck is actually a developed skill. Sure, someone might benefit from one or two lucky breaks. But anyone who seems consistently lucky is likely working hard and positioning themselves to make that luck happen.
I have noticed as I’ve been putting myself out there—taking classes, signing up for things, reaching out to new people—that it’s a domino effect. When I contacted a commercial kitchen about renting space to brew our kombucha, the owner directed me to the School of Food program that I’m now attending, which led me to the amazing podcast The Tidbit from @cureateco, and listening to that sparked ideas for my future business, and on and on.
Tharp shares that E.B. White said, “Habitually creative people are prepared to be lucky.” Being prepared beats jealousy any day!

Dream big, then get your hands dirty and do the work. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Three TRUE reasons a business never works ... ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. A Plan gets made. Then not executed. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. Working harder than ever. But working on the wrong things. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Spinning faster and faster with busy. And never pausing, assessing and course correcting. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Just saying. So make a plan, connect up goals to action - and get it done.
