When two imperfect people come together there is bound to be unintentional turbulence. When we commit to healing and growing together these moments of tension open up and become opportunities to deepen the love and enhance each person's self-awareness.
Life is never smooth, it is bound to have ups and downs, how we face those ups and downs together can define the health and success of a relationship.
If both are working on cultivating their personal inner peace and healing then conflict resolution between the two will become much more efficient.

Ever notice that once a month your strength starts decreasing, you suddenly want to eat everything in sight and you hate how your body looks?
That was me the last week and a half...
Something about PMS turns me into someone else and it's rather unnerving. I'm emotional, hangry and bloated for about 10 days...just when I think I'm doomed to feel this way forever it's suddenly like a switch is flipped and I'm back to being ME! 💁🏻♀️
My strength is back at the gym, I don't feel like eating everything in sight, I feel good in my body and my emotions are better. (Would help to get some sunshine tho 🌞)
Anyway, I know I'm not alone in this and my word of advice is...expect it to happen every month be compassionate to yourself and stop freaking out, it will pass! 😜
Maybe you eat that piece of chocolate or get that massage. Maybe you do both! Self-compassion and understanding goes a long way. 🤗
