Buffalo cauliflower tacos but make them Fall-ified 🤣 Any excuse to make a new veggie taco is a good excuse for me. I’m sad the gators lost last night but damn impressed with how we played... still have hope we can play for the SEC Championship 😏 The Sunday scaries are hittin’ real hard right now though 😩 Enjoy the rest of your weekend ✨
#dEATs: butternut squash tacos
- 2 @sietefoods grain-free tortillas, heated up in a pan for about 1 min each side
- 1 cup red cabbage (I chopped it up and tossed it with olive oil, garlic powder, sea salt and peper)
- avocado chunks
- goat cheese
- butternut squash
To make the squash, I cut it in half lengthwise (carefully) and scooped out the seeds. Then, I put it face down on a baking sheet and baked it for 35 min at 425F. When ready, I let it cool before cutting it into cubes and tossing it in chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, and olive oil. Combine with the other ingredients and enjoy!

I have a soft spot for soufflé pancakes 😍!
If you didn’t know, @softbiteus opened a permanent location and now serve really awesome soft serve and drinks in addition to their soufflé pancakes.
Successfully made it through the Tampa airport security without an ID, but heading back to Tampa from the Atlanta airport was a little trickier🙊They did have to do a full pat down & look through all of my bags just like before but this time I didn’t “pass”... lol🤯🤯🤯
I then had to be escorted by a supervisor to a small room where I had a more extensive pat down. I tried to make jokes to lighten the move, but they were just not having it😐All good though bc I passed that second test but thank god I got to the airport really early!! **note to self: never forget ID at home again
