love you 3000 🥺
shoutout to tom for being so genuinely shook and making my day. He saw me coming and his jaw just dropped, he told me I was amazing twice before we took the picture hahaha. I went to his other side since my other hand was having some mobility problems and asked if we could pout and make a hand heart and he said of course, and I don’t think he caught the pout part so he looked over at me to see what I was doing so he could copy me. and then I told him thank you and started to waddle away and he watched me and looked at my mom and he was like oh my god. that’s so amazing. his face was literally like 😦 and it was the most validating moment of my life, so once again shoutout to tom for being a stellar human and the best spiderman 🥺💙 (ps: I am Toms height, the iron man boots make me 6 feet tall)
#fallforcostume Day 20 and 21: Big and Small. Another catch up combo, big props and small details. The jump pack for my Sister is easily the biggest prop I have ever built. As you can see in the top picture it is nearly the width of a door frame. This made packing and generally moving around interesting. Bottom pic is the stitching on my gloves for my Child of the Forest costume. The french knots are supposed to mimic moss growing on a tree. This was a lot of fun to do; there is something very zen about french knots.
🍂B I G🍂 #fallforcostume day20; Elspeth is surely the biggest cosplay I've ever made, as well as the biggest undertaking. So many different pieces to this, and I'm so proud of what I accomplished ✨ Upgrades will be happening this summer in time for DragonCon 2020 - return of the Planeswalkers 😁
