Pull up your leggings so you can see if you have calves yet… ehhh🤓
That is one thing I have been working on greatly is my calves. They are slowly coming in and I train them 2x/week and the other 5 days I can hardly walk LOL. all I can be thankful for is that I don’t have cankles… #thanksmomanddad
I currently love to do barbell or smith machine standing calf raises. Some controversy on doing them fast, pulsating, with no rest orrrrr with a reset on each rep, so you know what I do, little bit of both 😜because what I'm doing is working and they hurt 24/7/365…………… that is all, HAPPY MONDAY ❤️
Back from a social media detox and it feels SO good! It was nice to have my phone in another place and just be. I even got a chance to read!! 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

1- One foot in front of another - remember it’s that simple! And it’s all you need to remember, especially when things get overwhelming. 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2- Own your mistakes and move on - for some reason people think it’s easier to play the blame game. It’s not! Own it, learn from it and move on, with no drama. I promise you, it’s so much easier even though it may not seem it! 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3- Protect your energy - your energy is sacred and it’s HIGHLY contagious. So don’t waste your time or your energy on those who don’t deserve it. 💫

4- Be mindful of your manners - I feel like a broken record because I say this all of the time, but manners go the longest way. Please and thank you, the easiest words in the English language, also the most underrated and underused. People may not remember every time you say thank you, but they will remember every time you don’t! 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5- Don’t conform to society, be unique - stop doing and worrying about what everyone else is doing and own who you are and all of the things that make you unique. 💫 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Woke up today feeling soo healthy & happy! It’s easy to notice when we feel sad, mad, or annoyed that pure happiness can often be overlooked. I’m definitely guilty of it, but have been continuously working on recognizing all of the good that happens & letting go. If I can do it you can too🌼
