From one bobble hat to the next. I love a wee bobble hat on the winter ❤️ Christmas 🎄5 years ago in New York to now. Acceptance of time and effort is a big thing when it comes to a body transformation.
It’s gonna take time and a whole lot of it along with effort if your going to do it the correct way and not go on mental ‘diets’. It’s honestly hands down the first part of a conversation I have with people before I work with them to see if they are mentally ready to start a long hard road.
Just because you train and have a personal trainer doesn’t mean you will get the results you want if you don’t put the graft in. Its better to be honest with people in the beginning. It has to work for you both.
Choosing the correct trainer is also a vital part of it. You need to be able to understand each other and have an open honest relationship. There is NOTHING my guys can’t tell me.
You need to be supportive and understand what the other person is going through. I honestly believe this is such an important part of working together.
I had a very wonderful coach at the start of my resistance training @_teamtank_ who helped me understand that. Believe it or not I used to invest in these fad diets. Martin educated me and lit a fire 🔥 in me which showed me I had the potential to help others. There was nothing I wouldn’t tell him.
Everyone in the beginning needs help and guidance and you need to find the right one for you. You don’t have to do it alone 😘
