Core circuits seem to be my most requested workout - sooo here’s another one for you 💖 all you need is 2 plates (I used one 5lb, and one 10lb) and a mat and you’re good to go!
Before I get in to the workout - just a few quick lil tips for all my fav peopleeee. You can do a million crunches a day, and if you’re going home and eating too many calories in a day, you aren’t going to see definition in your stomach. Having a flat stomach comes from a few things:
🌞 drinking your water - try to get at least 2-3L per day!
🌞 lowering your overall body fat % - everyone has abs! If you can’t see them it’s not because they aren’t there. You need to drop your body fat by eating in a caloric deficit and keeping your exercise up 💪🏻
🌞 keeping your stress levels done - waaaay easier said than done but unfortunately a lot of people hold fat around their mid section when they’re stressed out
🌞 exercises that strengthen the core - obviously working out your core muscles will help! Even if they don’t necessarily showcase your abs, having a strong core is so important for every day life! So give this lil circuit a try xoxo

You ever find when you’re working out, that if you’re super confident before a set, it always feels a MILLION time better?
I notice a MASSIVE difference in my performance based upon my mindset going into a lift.
Making it a top priority these days to try and not second guess myself so much. 🙄
So many things aren’t in our control, but when you think about it, mindset truly is. 🙏

👯♀️The Taylor Leggings: launching in 24” length and 28” length in Classic Black, Slate Blue, Purple Suede, Arizona Sunset, Cloud Grey and White Sage. Improved fit that is now true to size (so slightly more snug than the original Taylors. If you sized down before then you won’t have to now). “Mid to high rise” depending on your torso length. I’m short waisted and they are a perfect high rise in me! The 24” hits me as 7/8 and the 28” is a true full length in me at 5’8. I wear M (I also wore M in the originals but these now fit better).
🕴The Betsy BE BOLD Shorts: 4” and 5” inseam options in Classic Black, Cloud Grey, Purple Suede and Arizona Sunset. These are the same material as the Taylors and fit very similarly however if you have larger/more muscular thighs you would likely want to SIZE UP to allow for more comfort in the hip/thighs without squeezing, especially with the 4” inseam option. I will be sizing up to L in these.
🎶The Rosy Pullover: Slate Blue, Purple Suede and White Sage. True to size and fitted, yet relaxed through the torso with a super flattering silhouette! One of my favorite pieces! I wear M.
🥳 The Faith Crop Top AND Sports Bra: Classic Black, Cloud Grey, Purple Suede and Arizona Sunset. Typically true to size but also depends on your cup/band size as well as how broad you are through the back and shoulders. I size up to L and get moderate support.
