“One child, one teacher, one book, one pen can change the world.” - Malala Yousafzai 🎓UC, thank you for the hundreds of new friendships & opening my door to the world outside of my small town that I never knew was out there. Thank you for pushing me to study and travel the world to places like Spain, France, Italy, Monaco and England. Thank you for enlightening me on political, religious, and cultural beliefs and values outside of my own. I now challenge myself to see the world through the eyes of others, not just my own. Thank you for teaching me everything between why Alfred Hitchcock enjoyed using high angle shots to what the parietal lobe in the cerebellum is used for. Also, thank you to my ARMY that I have standing WITH me. Your support and love have helped carry me throughout these past 4 years. The love and adoration that I have for my education and my people runs very, very deep. Go bearcats! 🖤❤️🐾 (also, how lucky did I get to graduate with such an amazing group of girls?!?)
Amy Tannock was in her final year of a Film and Media degree at QMU when her studies were interrupted by surgery to treat her endometriosis. Despite this setback she fought back, graduated with a 2:1 & also received a top award!

The face of a girl who just completed her bachelors. Now whenever I say or do something dumb I can follow it up with “I FINISHED COLLEGE” ... super excited so here’s a life update on how I’m feeling and what is on the horizon for me #gabbysgreenroom#vlog#lifeupdate#filmandmedia
if you have listened to my music this past year: thank you. if you have offered any words of encouragement: thank you.
my insecurity interferes with me sharing things like Spotify numbers. there’s a whole separate conversation to be had there; but my main motivation in sharing this is again to say: thank you for listening. I never would have imagined that music I created in a bedroom studio could be heard all over the world. And that itself is encouraging and I want to celebrate it.
and, I want to encourage you to put time and effort in to what fuels you and what makes you happy. the work and the process is the reward. being able to look back at the journey is the reward.
thanks for being a part of it with me! 🖤🖤🖤
