Water. One of the most important elements to human life. I personally was NOT drinking enough of it. So last Sunday I decided to take the recommendation of @msrachelhollis and so many others, and drink half my body weight in fluid ounces everyday. I am soooo #blownaway by the difference it made in only 7 days. I stayed fuller longer, making me eat less. I took a significantly less amount of NSAIDS like ibuprofen and acetaminophen because I truly had less headaches. I felt more alert and therefore drank less caffeine. And most of all I lost SEVEN POUNDS in just 7 days. I will say that the first evening I was so full of water I felt a little sick, but I made a mental note to spread it out on day 2. So I did. I broke my intake down into 4 installments. I had 1 bottle before work. 1 throughout the day at work. 1 after work during chores and errands. 1 with dinner and during my evening “lazy time” which typically includes @netflix or reading a book in the bathtub. So I would highly encourage you to #drinkmorewater if you don’t already! I can’t wait to discover what other benefits it provides me with! #drinkwater#hydrate@smartwater#betterme#betteryou#betterlife#behappy#behealthy#choosehappiness#selfcare#beyourbestself#beyourbest#livinmybestlife#liveyourbestlife#yolo#befit#healthylifestyle#female#success

I know this isn’t your typical transformation but hey #gainingweightiscool too! Our progress doesn’t have to look the same. You don’t have to see my body as “goals”. We don’t have to strive for the same things.

We all deserve to love our body’s no matter what. To feel strong AF. To have a happy heart & a clear mind. To have a healthy body, no matter what that looks like to other people.
