The World is literally telling us to slow down. Embrace this time to seek out the positives. Less pollution. New hobbies. More time with your loved ones. Organizing. De-cluttering. Meditation. Rest and relaxation. Unity and togetherness. Creativity.
This is my first attempt at these. Think outside the box. Have fun. Learn a new hobby. Now is your chance! 💚💛🧡❤️💚💜🤎 #creativity#learnsomethingnew#bohostyleearrings#colorful#feather

Prediction: there's a possibility I will have 100+ macrame feathers at the end of this quarantine. They are so fun to make.
I've always loved macrame art and I'm excited to learn more. My wall hanging is coming along and I'm excited to finally hang it up.
QOTD: I think I've asked this before but I'll ask again. Tell me one habit or hobby you have picked up during quarantine that you wish to continue after this madness is over?
Aside from macrame, running outside with Daniel is something I wish to continue. Eventhough we spend all day together, I still love working out with him.
When I was a kid following my dad around the ranch, chasing cows on horseback or in his footprints on a hunt, when he or I spotted a feather on the ground, he would always stop in his tracks, get off his horse or bend down and pick it up for me. It was a gesture that didn’t go unappreciated, even when I was so young (time, I knew, was a precious thing) but having that feather tucked up in my hat or in my ponytail felt so magical to me, like I got to hold a little piece of the bigger, more magical picture so close.
I remember thinking once, if I could collect enough of those feathers maybe I could build myself a pair of wings....
But we’re humans and we’re not meant to fly. Not like that anyway. Spotting these feathers, to this day, is a reminder to me that we are only a tiny part of a big picture and while we can make big plans, first and foremost we need to focus on the simple tasks of being human, and ...and leave being a bird to being a bird, never forgetting how to look up to the sky in awe.
One hand extends outwards for the feather, palm up.
He called onto me and asked very nicely if I would help him with his magic. I said yes as long as he takes care of me properly. Food, clothing, entertainment.
Like a muthaf**kin' #feather,
Smooth allover & just so to the touch; apart from the rest I am a #wonderful thing, #examine my #specificity...Together we are multiplied, #spanning under #sky, gracing the #land...
