I’m happy to say I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished in 2017, not just in fitness but in my personal life as well (moving out into my own place in the city being a big one this year 😁).
You probably get frustrated think nothing in your life is changing day by day. Yet, when you take the time to reflect back on an entire year’s worth of time, you’ll realize you’ve been making definite progress... IF you put the daily effort in toward your goals, that is. 🤔
This is why it’s crucial to NOT GIVE UP on your goals - you likely won’t see any change happening instantly in front of your eyes, but it’s there, it’s happening, littleeee by little, trust me. 🙏🏼
Keep striving, keep building, keep growing. #SelfImprovementAlways, remember that. 👊🏼😉 Have a safe and happy NYE tonight and I’ll see you all in the new year babes! 🎉✨

Yesterday my pendulum broke!
My first question:
"What does that want to tell me?"
The immediate answer:
"You don't need it anymore."
In the last months I've been deepening my connection to my Higher Self and intuition through daily spiritual practises, rituals and prayers. I've often used the pendulum to check or double check.
Seems like those days are over and now it's ALL about listening within.
Which doesn't mean I might not use it once in a while. Or a similar object that can serve as a pendulum 😉
I've been experiencing recent side effects of Focus..
Less drama, more abundance, more accomplishments,
and LIVING THE LIFE I DESERVE. ☀️
How do I find Focus?
A few ways would be:
📝 Daily Journaling,
🎶 Listening to healing solfeggios,
✈️ Putting my phone on airplane mode more often,
🌾 Being in nature,
🙆🏼 Nurturing myself so my mind is clearer,
😴 Resting often,
✖️ Saying 'no' to what is no longer serving me,
and that's just a few.
What are ways that help you focus?
