After many hours of swimming, cycling and running sessions it was time to do a trial run of an olympic distance triathlon. After a little warm up at the pool it meant ‚Go Time‘: ➡️ 1500m, quickly change, sit on the bike and cycle my pre-set rather flat 40km course and finish with a 10km run.
🔹 Swim 17min 10sec (Pace: 1.08/1.09 min/100m)
🔹 Bike 1h 8min (Pace: 35 km/h)
🔹 Run 50min 42sec (Pace: 4.55 min/km)
All in all very happy with my trial run 😊, but I‘m super tired now.....😴.
My Dancing Sheba has come a long waaaaaay! Practice makes perfect.
