Get use to the pain and suffering. You need to get numb to that feeling. You gotta have thick skin to be an Entrepreneur. It’s really not for everyone. This isn’t a message to scare you. It’s just the truth. People jump into entrepreneurship and think it’s easy. It’s way harder than you think. You’ll need to motivate and inspire your own damn self. No one is going to hold your hand and walk you to your dream. If you’re lucky, you won’t have to do it alone but for the most part, be ready to walk alone and give it your all. Dreams don’t fight for themselves, you fight for your dreams.

A good way to invest in real estate and still enjoy the property yourself is by purchasing a vacation rental property. An investor purchases a vacation rental property, uses it part of the year, and rents it out for short-term rentals the remainder of the year. These rentals offset some of the costs involved with owning the property.⠀
The average ROI on a vacation rental property varies more so than with any other type of real estate investment. Some areas show returns in the single digits and others go up to 90 percent, especially for properties rented during special events such as the Super Bowl. ROI depends on the occupancy rate in the area, the purchase price of the property and how often and how much you rent the property for. Typically 70 percent or more is a good occupancy rate for vacation rental properties.
We all have same life, we have same education up to a certain point but all are not the same. Not everyone wants to get a job. Some of us just want to work for themselves. So, just focus on what you want not what others want from you.
