Buffalo sauce in a burger, yes or no? 🤔😜
It's that time of the year again, when @meat_wizard pulls out his spatula and whips out another special for @deewhyhotel 😏. This time we have a blue cheese/buffalo sauce BEEF burger combo... Very interesting, I might need to sample again to decide what I think, and I swear it's not just an excuse to eat more burgers 😅. Jokes aside, it's an interesting combo which is epic for those lovers of the buffalo sauce/blue cheese combo!
Beautiful winters night training under the full moon 🌕
Winter is a great time to change bad habits and get into good routines.
Training in the colder months is so good for the body and mind.
Body: Increased Blood flow and circulation to all the arteries and veins – the body has to use and switch on its internal radiator. Burn more energy and fat stores – due to more energy being required to heat up the body’s core temperature. The body’s immune system is tested against the cold and therefore has to improve itself.
Mind: The mood-enhancing benefits of exercise are well documented and it can boost your mood at any time of year, but it has a particularly profound effect during winter, sending those important feel-good hormones soaring, and keeping the winter blues at bay. It can also provide a much-needed break from the daily grind and help to reduce stress levels.
