• Fathers Day Recipes With Annabel Karmel • ...
With Fathers day just around the corner, I was absolutely buzzing to receive an invitation from the lovely @annabelkarmel to join her and the talented @daddelicious in the kitchen today, to whip up some special Fathers Day recipes.
Sitting around a table in Annabel’s garden, we had a chin wag about our food likes and dislikes, as well as the type of things we hope our kids will develop a taste for as they get older. ...
I've got a sneaky suspicion Annabel did a little dance to the weather gods, because despite some pretty grim looking clouds overhead it didn't rain the whole time. ...
After a few more quick fire questions we moved inside and the three of us cooked a seriously tasty chicken and Veg stir fry using the AK Baby and Toddler app. ...
Where you will be able to find her Fathers Day recipes which also include Daddy gingerbread biscuits, and Chocolate covered strawberry - Rugby & Cricket Balls
We were having so much banter around the frying pan we nearly forgot to add the noodles.🙊 ...
All jokes aside it was a real privilege to gain some insider cooking tips from both of these culinary experts. I had such a great afternoon with great company and I'm looking forward to getting together with these two again to try my hand at some more recipes. Who knew cooking could be such a laugh? ...
Happy fathers day! Have you downloaded the AK baby & Toddler app yet?
Look out for our IGTV with Annabel later this week.

For some, lockdown is less working from home, watching Netflix, learning a new skill, creating fun homeschooling activities and playing in the garden and more fearing getting a beating, wondering when you'll be able feed the kids, fighting to stop addiction taking hold, spiralling into depression, more frequent abuse and less frequent encouragement.
So this post is for all those that are battling challenging situations in their own home. Victims of domestic violence, children in poverty, people in broken relationships, people with mental health issues, single parents, victims of abuse, people with addictions.
There's loads of people to pay tribute to but these people are on my mind right now.

We are thinking of you, sending you love and there is help out there. Stay strong ✌🏽
A photograph from today which captures her happiness and gratitude. Thanks for the wishes.
She was told she could open a couple of gifts and to leave the rest till Wednesday and she behaved and complied. Despite not having her routine 12-1pm nap, which I was feeling nervous about! We thought she’d have a meltdown, want to kill us and throw herself on the floor in a molten mess. But she didn’t, she shared her new toys,
Played nicely, smiled, laughed and ate cake. Our girl, almost three and has no idea of the impact she’s already had on so many individuals, she gave hope to desperate grandparents where there was none, she brought siblings closer and her overall being made us all love like we never knew.
We owe most this to our amazing Surrogate who is normally here at her Birthday party, but due to Duke’s Birth she’s taking longer than normal to heal.
We missed you today ‘C’. Thank you for everything.
Talulah-Peach we love you.
I couldn’t think of a better picture 🤨.
