How boring. Fall down. Get up. Make mistakes. & most importantly ... smile 😊
Life is a gift. Each day is a gift. A new opportunity to take a weakness and make it a strength. It’s a process. Whatever you do though.... don’t stop.

WHAT DOES “ENVIRONMENT” MEAN?
Common word you hear me speak of often.
What does this word actually “mean”?
What you are surrounded by?
Who you interact with?
What sources of energy are available?
Those few questions only scratch the surface of how environment IMPACTS metabolism for human beings.
Collectively, your environment WILL impact how you think, respond, and interact with your dietary needs.
For instance, cosmetologists and teachers do not have access, nor time, to frequently eat every 2-3 hours.
Perhaps they snack between classes/clients and then enjoy a higher calorie/volume meal once lunch arrives.
On the opposite end, you have humans that have the time and access to food at a moments glance.
These are the individuals that work from home, create their own schedule, or just have days that they have the time to eat.
Now, you may ask:
“Will environment affect body composition?”
I mean, does a fish enjoy water?😂⠀
Collectively, you can make your environment as simple or as difficult as you want it to be.
If you work across the street from a world renowned burger spot, why pack your own lunch?
The same 400-900 calories you pack for lunch, can be distributed the same at the burger spot.
See, humans add unnecessary stress when they complicate scenarios like this.
Stressing about how much oil, added butter, of if there was 5 more fries than the already counted portion size is exactly what’s wrong with this industry.
The industry teaches you to live within an environment that was created by extremists and practiced by disciplined bodybuilders.
Last time I checked, not every athlete is training for the Olympia.
Especially you Mom and Dads.
Nonetheless, environment is more than just what you see outside your office window or how many steps you take a day.
You are meant to eat cookies on break.
You are allowed to have that large fry.
Energy is used in multiple facets.
Not just in the gym or at your job.
