The 23-level, 37K sqm (gross floor area) property at 323 Castlereagh Street in Sydney's CBD, sold off-market at a compressed yield of ~4% in one of the Sydney CBD's biggest office tower deals this year.
The buyer was Global fund manager LaSalle Investment Management.

Anyways, here was my Camden market overview:
Time to invest in Camden? If you do start as close as you can to the water front... seems like there could be good value there, especially with all the Philly riverside acquisitions done by the Durst Organization, hopefully their murdering son doesn't come to philly. There is some major major (in British accent) development planned... Although, as of now, it's been a lot of talk and approvals, with really one significant building just going up, which is that piece of shit PMC built on the other side of Columbus Blvd.
The park connecting the city will help the 95 cut off which has halted the riverfront development for all these years. Be careful though, these projects are going to be crazy expensive to build and the land prices traded at high number, some well over $300 PSF - center city prices. And don't forget, they are expensive AF to build, so if there is a slow down and rental growth does not keep it's pace then don't count on even half of these projects happening anytime soon.
