As a coder/PhD student, I sit at my computer A LOT. It’s so important for me (and everyone) to stay active and take time away from the screen ESPECIALLY when you’re stressed and busy, your health is a non-negotiable (I have to remind myself of this too, especially recently when I’ve been stressed to the MAX)
❓I’m curious what you do to stay active? If your workouts are on point or if you need a little more motivation❓
I was active growing up, I danced competitively and played a lot of sports (soccer, track, cross country, basketball, etc).Some of my favorite activities are pilates, yoga, weight lifting, and anything that involves the beach (soccer, volleyball, etc.) or ocean (swimming, scuba, snorkeling) but always down for any sport 🎾🏀🏈⚽️⛳️⛷🏄🏼♀️🚴🏻♀️I honestly just enjoy moving my body in anyway I can!
I’m lucky to have great weather in Miami so I can do yoga outside, bike to the beach, swim in the ocean, play golf or tennis all year round I hope you have an amazing weekend round. I hope have a chance to do something active, your mind and body will thank you!
