As palavras que separam a primeira Talita da segunda são: paciência e consistência. Nada nessa vida vem fácil (só boletos e estresses) então não espere resultados rápidos sem trabalho duro.
Na primeira foto (2012) e na segunda (2019) encontramos a mesma pessoa, mas com visões e objetivos diferentes. Não mudei somente meu corpo, minha mente tbm sofreu alterações para que eu conseguisse chegar no meu objetivo. . .

Nesses 3 anos eu errei, eu desanimei e errei mais um pouco, errei na alimentação, errei no treino, mas eu não desisti! Eu fui constante, eu fui paciente, e eu continuarei sendo!

Once you find the REAL WANT, willpower, motivation starts to follow.The want is so bad, you plan the journey, you set small targets and you get them done. Feeling like it's accidentally become thiccmas since I've cancelled the photoshoot, the weight is slowly creeping on 🙊🐷 surprisingly I'm not too bothered because I've been living life, having fun & just putting other things first as opposed to my looks!
