I DID IT! 💯 DAYS! 🙌
For the last 100 days, I committed to the newest program being released in July. Despite vacations, traveling for kids sports, sickness, sore muscles, and crazy schedules, I DID NOT MISS EVEN ONE DAY! 😀 It wasn’t always easy. Some days I had to get up as early as 4:30 am to get it in and some days I didn’t get a chance to do it until the evening. But, all 100 workouts were completed as scheduled! 👍
Now, in full disclosure (because I refuse to only highlight the good), my nutrition was only sub par. I definitely treated myself more than I probably should’ve. But, those choices were made, I enjoyed myself and I’m moving on. I know I can always improve upon my nutrition. .
People keep asking me what I’m going to do tomorrow morning. 😜 Honestly, I’m most likely going to wake up and do another MM100 workout...that’s how much I love it! ❤️ And, I know you will too! We can’t always be “on” and happy go lucky . We are aloud to have off days & today was mine . June has been tough month for me I think it all just hit me today . Managed to still workout out this evening , only doing 1 a days this week . So looking forward to July . . ... it was a struggle today still pushed myself to get to gym 😝

A more ‘health’ orientated post. This is how our hormones influence our emotions.
Dopamine: Dopamine motivates you to take action toward your goals and gives you a surge of reinforcing pleasure when achieving them. Procrastination, self-doubt, and lack of enthusiasm are linked with low levels of dopamine.
Serotonin: Serotonin flows when you feel significant or important. Loneliness and depression are present when serotonin is absent.
Oxytocin: Often referred to as “the cuddle hormone,” a simple way to keep oxytocin flowing is to give someone a hug. The release of oxytocin creates intimacy, trust, and strengthens relationships.
