It’s finally time for a quick, effective CARDIO CIRCUIT💦 Your girl was feeling a little bloated today, thanks to good ol’ PMS. BUT it is completely normal and we should not feel frustrated about it. Even with a clean diet, something as simple as fiber makes you feel bloated!
So on that note, HAPPY MONDAY! It’s the start of the week and what’s better than starting your day with a bomb workout?I love doing circuits as opposed to other forms of cardio because I find that you can customize the workout to your liking. Have fun with it!

5 years ago I was just an online retailer selling boutique pedals and with some electrician friends’ help I was able to build some pedals. At first I was only in charge of finding parts and aesthetic design but soon I also picked up soldering skill and layout work. Unfortunately team had to part ways. There was a really difficult time for me, with zero EE knowledge, to carry the company through hard time while having day job, band, and other projects and learn electronics whenever I have time. Every time I make a Sally Drive and put those stripes on I have a warm feeling in my heart. It’s like a personified partner in some sense, if you get what I mean.

💪🏼Are you adding Unilateral movements to your program? Unilateral training is using single leg or single arm exercises rather than bilateral which uses both at the same time (think squats, pushups, deadlifts...)
🤽🏼♀️Unilateral training creates greater demand on the core which has to work harder to stabilise the spine, improving your balance. It also helps to create even strength throughout both sides of the body as you avoid relying on your dominant side to take the load of the movement.
