I’m going to see it all. Life is too short. Kick stands up.

Don’t give so much of your power to others by reacting poorly to their behavior. Their actions are just another input, and you can define that input and still CHOOSE how you’d like to respond. I ask, “How would my best self respond to this situation? What energy do I want to project into the world?” That’s real self-reliance.
We are starting #nopeyupchallenge! 🤘🏼

And possibly the need for some support and accountability - because, of course, no man can climb Everest alone, he must have those to lighten the load and help him edge forward.
But to just say “I’m going to climb a mountain” does jack shit when one actually wants to climb Everest. Stating the specifics “I will climb Everest in June 2020” asks something much more of you.
It asks you to commit to something that then requires specific action.
Of course, it needn’t be climbing a specific actual mountain, but whatever looks like a mountain to you.
Whereas, being vague, not really staking a claim, not committing, well that’s an easy get-out clause which means you don’t go IN.
To get up the mountain 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐠𝐨 𝐈𝐍, 𝐛𝐫𝐨𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫.
And if you need help on the climb, there are plenty of us who have a vantage point of your mountain which you can’t see because you’re so close to it you’re on it.
That’s a benefit of another set of eyes on your shit.
So, 𝘢𝘴𝘬 for those eyes and ears.

Its very easy judge a pic by clarity but but by creativity it so much easy choice.
Because i chose creativity. .
Share it. Create it love it . learn it worth.
One of my favorite things to do is bake! I love the smells, the way individual foods come together to create something so yummy and fulfilling for the body. It’s a happy place for me!
The challenge is creating a healthier version of a recipe. This Sweet Apple Cake is delish and it’s gluten free, made with coconut flour and just a bit of raw honey. 😋 This is definitely a fall recipe you’ll want to make. I’ll be posting it on the blog soon. 🍂
"Transformation isn't sweet and bright. It's a dark and murky, painful pushing. An unraveling of the untruths you've carried in your body. A practice in facing your own created demons. A complete uprooting, before becoming." -Victoria Erickson 🌠✨💛

I have been thinking a lot lately about the term starting over. In my mind that is not possible and I am grateful. Think of all the lessons learned that would be wasted, the skills acquired that would be lost, the character developed that would be no more, the bonds formed through adversity that would be broken, the loyalty earned through a friend sticking with you through thick and thin that would not exist if we could start over. The term starting over has such a negative connotation in my mind. I like what Paul said in Philippians when he said I forget what lies behind and reach forward to what is ahead. Such a strong belief in the forgiveness and grace of God that a man who had once persecuted Christians could forget what was in his past-as Christ has done for each of us through his forgiving grace-and strive to live the life he had been given to the fullest each day looking forward to the future with anticipation and enthusiasm! Forget starting over......start today! What a powerful concept. #choices#starttoday#thankfulgratefulblessed
