Me encanta cenar pizza los domingos, por aquello de rematar el fin de semana y el lunes hacer borrón y cuenta nueva, pero esta pizza ha sido un gran descubrimiento desde que uso mi nuevo accesorio pasapuré de mi batidora @moulinex_es con tecnología Powelix y pienso incluirla para cualquier día de la semana, sin malos olores en la cocina y te aseguro que no sobrarán ni los bordes👌⠀

Which healthy pizza do you want to try?
Gluten-free pizza crust made with broccoli! 🥦 🍕
* 1 large head of broccoli chopped & steamed
* 2 eggs
* 2 cups mozzarella cheese divided
* 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
* 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning optional
* 1/2 tsp garlic powder
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/4 tsp pepper
* 1/2 cup marinara
* Handful cherry tomatoes sliced
* 1/4 cup mushrooms sliced
* Fresh basil for serving
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or grease with oil; set aside.
2. Place the steamed broccoli in the food processor and pulse until it's finely grated.
3. Transfer the broccoli to a large bowl, add the eggs, 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix with a spoon or your hands until all the ingredients are well blended and a dough forms.
4. Place the dough on the prepared baking sheet, and shape into a round pizza crust, about 1/2 inch thick.
5. Bake the dough in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until golden. Remove from the oven and add the marinara, remaining cheese, tomatoes and mushrooms.
6. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and the crust is crispy, about 10 more minutes
😍 Cauliflower pizza! 👀🥗
* 1 cauliflower
* 1 tsp corn flour
* 3 eggs
* 200 g tomato sauce
* 3 slices of ham
* 1 ball of mozzarella
* 12 black olives
* Salt and pepper
1. Chop the cauliflower into very fine pieces, then add to it the eggs, salt, pepper and chopped parsley and mix well. On a baking tray lined with baking paper make a disc with the cauliflower mix, and bake in the oven for 10 minutes at 180°C.
2. Once cooked, add a layer of tomato sauce on your cauliflower pizza base. Then add on top the oregano, ham, sliced mozzarella and black olives.
3. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 210°C.

🍕CAULIFLOWER MINI PIZZAS🍕
Truth be told, I used to make these for Nicky when she would not touch a veggie 😅 and now we enjoy making it together🤗. I know its not great to hide veggies but sometimes you got to do what you got to do, am I right? •
I can’t really tell the difference between this and thin style pizza! You can make it in small bites like this or one big pizza to cut into traditional pizza slices. Just make sure to make the crust really really thin so it comes out crunchy 😋
-1 small fresh cauliflower head -1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
-Optional: Pizza toppings 👉🏼DIRECTIONS:
1️⃣Wash and dry the cauliflower head. Cut florets off leaving the stem out. Put the cauliflower florets into a food professor and pulse until you get snow like cauliflower.
2️⃣Cook the cauliflower using a large skillet at medium heat without adding any oil or water. Do this for about 10 minutes occasionally moving the cauliflower.
3️⃣Allow cauliflower to cool a bit on the side.
4️⃣Pour the cauliflower on a cheese cloth and drain excess water.
5️⃣Using a large bowl, add egg and beat. Add in the parmesan cheese and cauliflower. Mix well.
6️⃣Lay parchment paper on a cooking sheet. Make small balls with the mixture and put them on the cooking sheet.
7️⃣Using your fingers, spread out the cauliflower balls making small thin circles.
8️⃣Place pizza crusts into a preheated oven of 400° Fahrenheit for about 10-15 minutes or until pizza crusts have colored and firmed.
9️⃣Remove pizza crust from the oven and add pizza sauce, cheese and desired toppings. 🔟Return pizza to the oven and let cook for about 10 minutes or until cheese has melted and slightly browned. Crust will be darker too.

Have you ever wanted to make cauliflower pizza & then realized you had no idea what a cheese cloth was so you didn’t bother🤦🏻♀️? Me too! That’s why this recipe is incredibly easy using only simple ingredients you probably have on hand already👌🏻 no cheese cloth or any other weird ingredient needed 🤪🙌🏻It takes less than 10 minutes to prep and makes two entire pies! Who else is having pizza tonight?🍕🙋🏻♀️👊🏻⠀
1 head cauliflower⠀ 4 large eggs
2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese⠀ 1 pinch minced garlic
1 pinch basil
1 pinch oregano
1 pinch salt & pepper ⠀
Pulse cauliflower in a food processor until it looks like small grains of rice. ⠀
Microwave in a large bowl for about five minutes to steam. Allow to cool and add in seasonings, eggs, and one half cheese.
Divide mixture into two servings and spread out evenly onto lightly greased baking sheets (or parchment paper).⠀ Bake at 450 F for about 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and firm. ⠀
Top with remaining cheese (add sauce if desired) and bake for 3-5 minutes until sauce melts. Serve warm and enjoy! ⠀

I’ve been following a super easy meal plan the past few months that focuses on just a few key principles and plate visualization for each meal.
That being said, dinner is supposed to be 75% veggies and 25% protein.
Had a taste for a good Lou Malnatis salad (only put a dent in this!) and 2 slices of pepperoni cauliflower pizza from Aldi. Super filling and yummy!
Bonus:our kids LOVE this pizza too 🙌
