Yes, this relates to money but for me lately it's been about my health and appearance. I've been feeling like CRAP FOR YEARS: gained weight, low energy and my skin just downright miserable from my eczema and allergies. But you know what? I also was eating literal crap (cupcakes for breakfast?!), not exercising, not sleeping and not taking extra care of my skin even though it requires it. I get what I put in right? 😣
Complaining got me nowhere fast. So now I'm trying new things: got a new bed, did yoga for the first time alone, on 3 weeks of @whole30 and trying a more sustainable approach to skin care. All of it is SO MUCH more effort than before, but I'm seeing real results. I feel less tired, less bloated and I put on a bathing suit in front of other people than my husband for the first time in YEARS. 🙌
I have a long way to go, but I promise if at some point it gets too hard and I quit, at least I'll know not to complain about the results I didn't get from the work I didn't want to do. But here's to hoping I don't give up! 💪 #Repost@savewithsara #CrushThisDebt
“Boring.” “Don’t have the time.” “Limiting.” Those are just some of the words people use when surveyed to describe why they don’t live on a budget. There are many reasons people don’t budget but the reality is that the less you make, the more critical it is to live on one. Rob West and Steve Moore offer 3 reasons people don’t budget but why you should. Living by a spending plan that makes sense on MoneyWise Live at 4pm Eastern/3pm Central on Moody Radio.

Christmas is only SIX months away!
This Tuesday’s Tip of the Week is a reminder that Christmas is NOT an emergency. It’s not an excuse to max out your credit cards and to start the new year with new debt! Christmas comes every year and always on the same day. Luckily, this means you can easily plan for it! Obviously the earlier you start, the less you have to save per month.
Swipe to see common things you potentially need to save for, along with how much you need to save per month (starting now) to reach your goals.

Just a few more photos from when I went to the “free day” at the mint museum, I think one of my favorite sections was the “catholic section” it displayed art from when Columbus came to America & Spanish people & they brought Catholicism , I learned we no longer say “BC” (before Christ) we say “CE” (common era) I actually didn’t know that , going to museums is super fun & expands your horizons , most museums in my area at least have a “free day” 💕 people in my age group spend so much money doing things for entertainment, I’m 29, sometimes they have $5 in their bank account to last till pay day. I’m trying to break that cycle of financial hardship in my own life by increasing my financial literacy & being smart with what I have #money#savingmoney#financialliteracy#budgeting#budget#frugal#frugalliving#art
Okay, unusual post for me but wanted to share 2 new favourites! 😁
SO! Recently my skin has been playing up really badly so I knew I needed to sort out my skincare abit, went into the @thebodyshop as money is kind of tight and I'd heard good things. Ended up with these 2 products:
•Camomile cleansing butter
•Vitamin C glow boosting moisturiser 💕Holy shit! They're clearing up my skin so fast and for once my skin actually doesn't feel dry! 💕
Highly recommend if you're on the look out for some new skincare but don't have much of a budget!
If it helps I have dehydrated/dry skin.

Information is KEY to any vital improvement in our lives yet a lot of people seem to prefer rigidity and discard useful information that could be of significant help to improving their way of living financially.
WHY PREFER WORKING HARD INSTEAD OF WORKING SMART?
WHY PREFER A 12/HRS $216 DAILY JOB TO A SIT HOME INVESTMENT $980 MINIMUM DAILY JOB?
YOUR DECISION TO BE SMART INSTEAD OF HARDWORKING IS SOLELY ON YOU and that's why a lot of the younger generation are seizing the opportunities
NOTHING BEATS A RELIABLE INVESTMENT WITH THE PROPER CONDITION.
Frankly Speaking: Based on our culture today, if we were honest about how we felt, we would think to ourselves what a poor, awful existence! In other words, what if a psychiatrist showed you a picture of the Nativity Scene and said, “Tell me - what is the first thought that comes to your mind about their financial status?” What would be your answer? Don’t get religious on me now! Just tell the truth. This is why the Bible tells us to renew our minds, “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will” (Romans 12:2). Therefore, we can see the truth through God’s eyes.
