This spread has got me like Eminem, knees weak, arms spaghetti 😂😉
Yeah I know the real lyrics are "Mom's Spaghetti" but this feast from @tgbwarringah has got my brain firing in all different directions 😜. I actually am finding it hard to fully explain the mouth-gasm I experienced yesterday. But damn well, I'll have a go. Did you know they have beef competitions at the Easter show? Well I didn't. But I found out that these guys have a bought a few of the highest performing cows, slapped them in a dry age room, and are serving it up to anyone smart enough to ask for it. Well, I was lucky enough to experience a couple thin slices of this beef, cooked with the delicious steakout rub from @barbecuemafia on my burger. And I'm not exaggerating in any sense when I say, it melted in my mouth. It makes me want to replace bacon on my burgers with these beautiful strips of beefy goodness. And I don't say that lightly. Anyway, this is a bit of a narrative, but I cannot stress more the quality Chris, Adam and the team put out. If you want to try some of this epic juicy, succulent, dry aged beef, hit them up on their insta @tgbwarringah or go in store to ask about it. It will blow. Your. Mind. 😯

@2hungrybears has a new special that will make you literally fart in excitement 😂. With beans being the main theme of the burger, and some locally smoked brisket from @meat_wizard , combined with Clinton's incredible creativity, you have a good chance to have one epic burger 😍. I was sick when eating it, and my palate was cooked, so I don't have much to say, other than pretty much everything they do here is amazing. Oh yeah, and for those who can't make midweek burgs, he's finally opened on Saturday's again! So get loose! Peace out burger friends 😉

I’ve been spending some time with intern Matt go over all things exercise. We’re covering everything from movement assessment to exercise progressions. My point is, teaching is in my blood. My Aunty, an ex-school principal and PhD, was always convinced I’d end up in a teaching career. I’ve never ruled that out, in fact, the desire is probably stronger now then ever. Nothings planned, but you just never know what’s around the next corner.
