What many love most about yoga is the peace it brings. ⠀
Yoga brings peace between our ears.⠀
It brings peace to our muscles, joints and into our hearts.⠀ .
Most profoundly, yoga brings us into a state of greater peace with other humans and more at ease with the world around us.⠀ .
And, when we are agents of peace, others are more likely to share that higher vibration as they move through their lives. .
Getting away from the daily grind just long enough to get a dose of peace is a big step toward being the change we want to see in the world. ⠀
Peace between people can be contagious.⠀
Whether that's through a yoga class or doing 5 minutes of down dog at the office, just getting a "peace window" open will do wonders. ⠀
Of course, peace can come in even bigger doses. ⠀

Been sick for a solid week straight. I’ve had vitamin C. Neti pot. Flonase. Dayquil. Nightquil. Sudafed. Lorazepam lol. And just now. I can kinda breathe again.
Moral of the story....get more than 2 hrs of sleep the day before you run a booth at a con for 3 days.

Another remix trying to make something fresh and more chill music from common songs, to my mind some songs are too fast. One of those. Enjoy it, in case you want to save it an easy way would be to record your screen.
It’s drastically different. I feel like people just abuse the word love. It’s used as an emotional manipulation tool rather than an empowering notion. I’ve been in situations where someone didn’t use it enough and then when someone used it to manipulate.
To me when you love someone, you can’t see life without them. The feeling overwhelms you, and it feels amazing.
Owww, I’m sorry! The not breathing on course is NO FUN. I’ve thrown up because of it multiple times. For that, at least, I sing/count to myself, to force myself to breathe.

No one knows what’s around the next corner.
On Sunday night I had a very vivid dream that I crashed my little beetle and I was involved in a car accident.
I recalled this dream as I sat in community Sadhana on Monday morning.
Little did I know that the dream would eventuate later that morning only moments from my home on route home from Sadhana.
I’m ok thankfully, just a bit shaken and in a lot of shock as it was so traumatic and I’m left with a little bit of whip lash. But my poor car is a write-off. It had to be towed away. I’ve never been in a car accident before and I’m still in a lot of shock over what happened but also I’m a little shocked over the significance of my dream the night before it happened. My beautiful friend reminded me that my connection and intuition with the divine is strong.
Why am I sharing this with you today?
Life will throw at us curve balls from time to time which we have absolutely no control over. When something happens to be good or bad, sometimes there is no reason to be found, we just have to accept whatever has happened and surrender into the unknown of it all.
I also realise just how attached I was to my beautiful beetle. This has certainly been a practice of detachment and letting go.

One of the great tricks of the ego is promising something better in the future, but all that does is tear us away from our only point of power.💥 We all know that this moment is where the magic and beauty of life is.
so why do we spend so much time anywhere else but here, overthinking the past and scrambling towards the future? 🤔
Once an ideal outcome arrives, then the mind looks for the next best thing…
Constantly deferring calm or joy for the future. The only way to stop the insanity is to fully embrace what exists right now, no matter how messy or confronting the moment may be.
Once I realized that getting everything on the surface didn’t bring me lasting fulfillment, I broke down to be honest.
I couldn’t fathom how having such a beautiful life didn’t solve my pain inside.
This is when the chase stopped for me.
This is when I learned how to be with myself no matter what I was feeling.
Slowly, slowly I began to find peace and appreciation in the little things, which really when you add them all up make up a very big thing… Life.✨💗✨
