Fried apples - 2 servings
1 tbsp of butter
2 tsp of honey
2 tsp of cinnamon
Rinse and seed the apples. Cut the apples into rings. Put the apples in a frying pan together with butter, honey and cinnamon. Fry for about 10 minutes or until the apples have become soft.
Serve with Greek yoghurt and granola or nuts. I make my own Granola. I will give you the recipe soon.
Stekta äpplen - 2 portioner
1 msk smör
2 tsk honung
2 tsk kanel
Skölj av och kärna ur äpplena. Skär äpplena i ringar. Lägg i äpplena i en stekpanna tillsammans med smör, honung och kanel. Stek i cirka 10 minuter eller tills äpplena har blivit mjuka.
Servera med grekisk yoghurt och granola eller nötter. Jag gör min egen granola, recept på denna kommer inom kort.

Grab and go breakfast with these FIG + BANANA WHITE CHOCOLATE CHIP GRAIN FREE MUFFINS. Super easy to prepare, delicious, and perfect for meal prepping. Happy happy Monday friends.
Fig + Banana white chocolate chip muffins:
2 ripe bananas
1 cup chopped figs
1/4 cup coconut oil semi melted
2 1/2 cups almond flour
2 Tbsp flaxseed meal
2 Tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cardamom
Optional add in: 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
Blend everything in blender (except figs and chocolate chips), fold in figs, and white Chocolate chips. Add 1/4 cup to muffin tin,top with more fresh figs and white chocolate chips. Bake 350 for 25-28 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Light and fluffy Scotch Pancakes. Super quick and easy breakfast the whole family will love. Happy Monday everyone! ❤️🥞
350g self raising flour
2 tsp baking powder
70g caster sugar
2 large eggs
400ml fresh milk
Vegetable oil, for greasing the pan
1.Combine the flour, baking powder and caster sugar in a bowl. Mix well
2.Make a well in the centre then add eggs and half the milk. Mix together using a whisk then slowly stir in the remaining milk to make a smooth, thick batter (thick pouring cream consistency)
3.Heat a large non stick frying pan over medium heat until hot. Brush lightly with a little oil. Wipe excess oil with kitchen towel. Spoon 1 tbsp batter in the pan, spacing well apart
4.Cook until small bubbles appear on the surface. Flip and cook for 30s-1 min on the other side until lightly golden

Another day, another toast. Sorry to all as all my posts are related to toasts lately. My exams are coming up so I need to eat something quick and choppy and nutritious so that I can crack on with my studies. With that in mind, please meet my NYC ‘Sadelle’s’ inspired-bagel-but-not-sourdough toast with smoked salmon, fresh tomatoes, radish and sweet baby onion slices. Garnished with finely chopped spring onion, squeeze of lemon juice, dusting of freshly ground pepper. Altogether on a bed of garlic cream cheese. And yes I know - cucumbers and capers are absent but let’s pretend that was intended 😉 Hoping the omega 3 will empower me today 🐟 🧠

🧀 CHEESY MARMITE MELT 🧀 this may not be the prettiest picture I'll admit, but it was lush and I was too hungry to hang around this morning 🤣 I'm still doing SP, I'm on day two, I know they took beans off the P list but I personally am still happy to include them on my SP days! 🤗 this is your standard 3 egg paprika omelette base, I then warmed up my beans and melted a tbsp of marmite into the mix, once the omelette was nearly done, I poured it over with some cooked mushrooms, a sprinkle of cheese and made it into my calzone, I poured over some more melted marmite, and a sprinkle of cheese using part hexA, chopped under the grill. Lettuce and tomato on the side for speed 💪and all syn free! .
