On vacay (feels weird saying vacay when I already live where people vacation lol) but still had to get in leg day and a lil posing with ma manzzz. I love trying new gyms in new places and this one has some awesome equipment. 10/10 recommend if you ever visit Hilton Head!

Strength training saved my life.
It’s given me so much more than just physical strength.
It’s shown me how to love and appreciate my body.
Not just for how it looks...but for what it can do.
Strength training has given me the opportunity to view life from a different lens.
To quit obsessing over inconsequential gobbledegook like how much I weigh, and focus more on what a fucking miracle my body already is.
And how much it can do as long as I give it the chance.
Strength training has, literally, saved my life.
Not because I was close to ending it.
But because strength training has shown me how much more there is to life than just losing weight.
And it helped me realize how much of my life I could have wasted trying to trick myself into being happy by losing weight.
When the truth is...I could be happy any time I wanted, no matter what the scale said.
Because happiness comes from loving who you are, what you can do, and what you have to offer.
Happiness comes from respecting and valuing yourself - not a fucking number on the scale.

I'm an avid late night snacker, and I get the absolute munchies for Cereal. As much as I like some good ole cinnamon toast crunch or captain crunch I'm on #75hardchallenge which means I'm not going to take the easier, less healthy route.
What I've been doing to replace my late night snacks is some oatmeal with my favorite flavor of level one, Blueberry muffin. This protein is a slow Assimilating Protein which means that it mimics real food like chicken and keeps you fed longer.
This also is amazing for breakfast as well as when I have time to make breakfast in the morning you can make some bomb blueberry protein pancakes. Hold me to it, one\two scoops of protein, Kodiak mix, some real blueberries and you have yourself a healthy, tasty breakfast! ~
