What people willfully ignore is that the presidency is, due to constitutional flaws, so much more than one person screaming from the Oval Office. There's a cabinet. Ambassadors. Agencies to oversee. And when the entire GOP sold out to know-nothing Trumpism, they must be removed.

In over our heads.
A year ago, @sidelinebluegrass released "Crash Course In The Blues," a high-octane, Southern-Grass-Jam single for the summer.
. . .
Sideline takes the early 90’s Steve Wariner Country hit and transforms it into a Southern Blues-Rock inspired acoustic opus. “Crash Course in the Blues” pulses with the drive of the speeding foreign car on the freeways of L.A. described in the lyrics. The imagery of the country boy out of his element in the big city and his resulting fate, makes for a classic tale of heartbreak as a fast-paced, Blues-Rock ballad.
. . .
Stream it on @spotify@applemusic@amazonmusic@pandora or wherever else you listen.

Nick ‘Parky’ Parkinson did us proud @LeftLion this month.

This song encourages us to show love in this divided time of crisis and pandemic. As protests erupt all over the country against systemic oppression toward POC and other marginalized groups at the hands of authoritarian forces, we extend love toward our fellow humans. Stay strong, stand up and fight. Show love and compassion for those who resist. People are more important than property. #blacklivesmatter#showlove

I can understand how it's possible to be disillusioned about Democrats these days. Hell, I am, and if I am everyone is. But keeping them in power, even as the lesser of two evils, is still a barrier upon which millions of lives globally depend. It sucks but it's today's reality.
STATEMENT: Following the murder of George Floyd, it doesn't seem right to us to continue to take up space on social media with our quarantine music videos. We have decided to suspend the project indefintiely. Police violence is unacceptable, and there are voices that urgently need to be heard. The last thing we want is to stand in the way of that, or to be a distraction. It is incumbent on everybody to end the racist violence and oppression in which he have all been complicit.
We are donating all of the money we have earned through these quarantine videos to Black Lives Matter Toronto (blacklivesmatter.ca/donate). We encourage all of you to give what you can to an organization doing this sort of work. The time for inaction has passed.
To those who have paid for a request that we haven't made yet - we will include your $5 in our donation to BLM unless you message us within 48 hours requesting a refund.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us in this project.
We stand in solidarity with all oppressed people.
Black lives matter.
The last track off my album is also the first one I released- “Abyss”. It’s been out for awhile, and I wrote about it earlier, but would add that it’s one of the most fun to play live and maybe my favorite off this project! If you haven’t listened to “Water Music Part II,” it would make my day for you to check it out! Link in bio, or search for it wherever you listen to music 💙
You have every right not to trust Biden given his record.
But we've all seen Trump. If you think they're the same, then you're forsaking those millions of lives. No Medicaid expansion. No climate change action. No liberal justices. No public ed aid. No real cabinet. NOTHING.
Registration link in bio.

@boston_ravine was formed in 2018 in Grass Valley, California. Steeped in traditional bluegrass, the trio also brings their own interpretations of contemporary bluegrass, country, and gospel into their mix. Original songs, written by Mei Lin and Robert Heirendt, as well as Juli Marks (mom/manager) tell personal experiences to the tune of bluegrass-inspired melodies.
Catch Boston Ravine on our live webcast, Turn Your Radio OnLINE, this Saturday at 6 pm!
There really aren't too many good things about this Corona crises, but at least we've got some time to put the finishing touches on our upcomming album.
Here's Joni doing some bass recording at our livestream concert a while back.
Lovely week folks!
