What kind of day are you having today?
🙏🏼Take a moment as you read this to check in with your hunger, fullness and satiety levels. I’m typing this out right before lunch and my body is definitely ready to eat!!
🙌🏼It’s super important to keep in mind that some days you’ll be more or less hungry than other days - and it’s normal!! Don’t judge yourself if you’re eating more than you “should” or “think” you need to eat. And don’t worry if one day you’re eating less.
