It's not just for old people!
Ever wanted to try Taiji (Tai- Chi)?
Learn how to stabilize and balance every joint of the body with basic movements centered around this beautiful art!
This is for ALL ages, shapes, sizes, fitness levels and stress levels.
Allow your frustrations, negative energy, impurities and ill feelings to GO FREE!
Most people associate Taiji with seeing the 'old' people in the park. Well maybe there is something that all that 'experience' can teach us.
When it comes down to it all, truly, how comfortable are you with balancing your own body weight?
Every single movement in life requires a connection between the brain and muscles.
This pathway needs to be clear, calculated and well practiced in order for it to stay strong!
You may have heard of muscle memory, or even 'Neural Muscular Facilitation'...basically stating, the more we do something the easier it becomes.
Now this goes both ways. Yes, if you exercise or practice certain movements they will become easier.
But ALSO, on the contrary, if you sit all day, it will become easier and easier for your body to conform into that position. Meaning certain muscles get tight and others become soft like cushions to help deal with the results from sitting all day.
So remember, what you practice with effort will gradually become more and more comfortable. Each day gives you a new opportunity to teach yourself something new!
