The long weekend last week kind of took me out of whack with my training schedule, so I’m taking this weekend to get back to the gym and smash my goals ☀️ hope you do too 🥰💕

Whether you’re driving to work, currently at the gym, or just watching TV EAGERLY waiting for the weekend to commence, all you gotta do is crack a smile, goof around maybe, and enjoy the positive things in your life at the moment. Its so hard to do sometimes and we get “caught up” in this lifestyle of go go go but it’s honestly nice to sit back and enjoy yourself from time to time and see your life from a different perspective to ultimately see how far you’ve come
ALRIGHT, you know what, all i’m saying man is HAVE FUN WIT IT. Stop and smell the roses sometimes and enjoy some good company⚡️🙌🏻
Train hard today people, the weekend is near... TAG A MATE who needs that “extra boost” to kill it today, PEACE OUT🤙🏻
Happy Friday everyone ✨ I’m so excited to kick off my birthday weekend with a gym session and some wine while watching Disney+ 😂😂. Such a grandma! I will be going out tomorrow and Sunday for a birthday brunch but as for tonight I’m going to lay low, and snuggle up on the couch ! .

TRACK YOUR PROGRESS
Whether it be in the gym, beating a personal time on the track, on the scale, or just in life. —> tracking your progress is one of the best self motivators.
I tried tracking my gym numbers when I first started working out, but I never really caught on because working out was mostly a side hobby.
I’ve started tracking my progress through my coach and I’m telling you it will push you so much harder when you’re doing your lifts.
You can do this old school with a pen and paper or you can use this app called “RepCount” either way being able to look back at your past numbers will give you incentive to try to beat it the next time around.
This was a HUGE mistake I made last off season and I really didn’t see improvement in any of my lifts, I was just going with the flow.
This can also be applied to the scale by writing your weight down every morning and see your goals move where you want them too. If they aren’t moving you know that something needs to change!
Some progress is progress, let’s get this!

Anybody else feel like this week was never ending? This week was hands down the most stressful and awful week of my life and IM SO GLAD ITS FREAKING OVER WITH😫. Between studying what seemed like everyday, having so much homework and busy work to do, and just not feeling the best, it felt like this week was just going in slow motion. Next week is going to be a breeze I only have class twice next week and then I’m on Thanksgiving break. IVE BEEN WAITING A WHOLE DAMN MONTH FOR THANKSGIVING🤩. I’m ready to smash on some turkey and mash potatoes 🍗🤤 Also, Black Friday is next week also, which means many great deals with @tilyoucollapse 🤑😍

Bryson you are an incredible man to parent beside me for years, such a giving and loving man to want to be a parent to my boy..
