This week is one of those weeks that fast forwarding through would be best for my very tired Autoimmune/chronic Epstein Barr virus body.
Kids 👦🏼👧🏻 are back in public school which means short evenings together, nightly lunch packing, quick mornings full of dog walks, breakfasts and getting ready for bus 🚌 pick-up.
Travel soccer ⚽️ 🥅 for both kids this season which means 4 nights at the field and travel games every weekend for the rest of our lives. 🤣 Bring on the weekend travel tournaments.
Meal planning 🗓 🛒 for quick dinners, on-the-go meals, efficient but healthy breakfasts, packed lunches and snacks... and we’re all gluten free; so sometimes this can be a little more challenging.
Oh and did you hear? We’re building the @AutoimmuneSisters Tribe 👯♀️♥️; a community website where we can all meet to share, connect and grow together and my to do list this week is mighty intense but so worth it all.
I’m just a girl standing in front of a Tuesday, asking it to be a Friday. Not because I want to miss anything this week, or the memories we’ll make, or the fun we’ll have... I’m just tired and know that if it was Friday night I could be curled up in bed with @glutenfree_dad talking about the wonderful week we just wrapped up.
Back to getting it done on a Tuesday.

Mais si toi t’as pas envie de suivre sa t’as totalement me droit et tu n’as pasà te sentir mal ou de pas de sentir à ta place parceque t’en veux pas de bébé ou parceque tu veux voyager et après allerà l’école ou parceque t’as eu des enfants avant de te marier ou parceque te fiancé te suffis emplement ou whatever ce que t’as envie de faire ou pas c’est ta vie et ne laisse jamais quelqu’un te pointer du doigt parceque t’as pas envie de rentrer dans le moule de la société, moi je te le dit GO, fais ce qui te rend heureuse. Et à toi la madame qui juge les jeunes parcequ’ils ne suivent pas vos traces à la lettre sa suffit !! On à qu’une vie et faut la vivre de la manière qu’on veut ! Et comme on dit tout les chemins mêne à rome, alors peut importe ton parcours, tes détours, tes pas de reculons et tes stand by l’important c’est de se rendre à rome, comment tu t’y rend on s’en fou. .

✨WHAT AN EVENING✨
Last night this circle of empowering women rallied behind our very own business partner, Kate Redmond. She spoke for the first time in front of a room full of people at our R+F Corporate event in Pasadena. Kate is 26, single and working full-time as a Dental Orthodontic Assistant. She is a busy and smart girl! Truly proud of you Kate! She stepped out of her comfort zone and shared what this opportunity has done for her life. We cheered, encouraged, talked, laughed and ate!
I’m so grateful for this community of women. They are encouraging and empower one another. We are redifining the traditional networking marketing ways and it’s a game changer!! 💫

HOW MY JOURNEY THROUGH DEPRESSION & ANXIETY TAUGHT ME HOW TO LOVE MYSELF
As I came to the end of my teen years, it hit me hard. I had moved out of my parents house, I was working full time, and going to University full time.
Suddenly, I was experiencing overwhelming emotions I didn’t seem to have any control over. Things like…
1. Getting angry over the tiniest little thing.
2. Crying for no reason.
3. Being inexplicably tired and falling asleep during class.
Does this sound familiar?!! If so, then keep reading…
If you’re experiencing these feelings, I want you to know that you are not alone! I used to feel the same way.
It wasn’t until I made the decision that I didn’t want to feel this way anymore that I started making the changes necessary to live a better, happier, more fulfilling life.
But making changes in our lives can be difficult, especially when it comes to how we think and feel. So I want to share some of the strategies that had the biggest impact on me, allowing me to effectively change my mentality about what was “happening to me” AND what I started to realize as I began to heal.
1. Make the DECISION that you are going to commit to doing whatever it takes to become a happier, more fulfilled version of yourself.
2. Turn INWARD and REFLECT on what is actually going on inside your head.
3. Take back CONTROL of your thoughts. When you notice that negative thought beginning to creep into your mind, stop and say the exact opposite thing to that negative thought.
Doing these 3 things changed the course of my life.
What I learned was that my negative self talk came from insecurities I had about myself. That people thought I wasn’t good enough and wouldn’t like me for who I was. As I continued to apply these strategies, I learned that what other people think is none of my business AND I’ve learned to love myself ♥️
