This is PERFECT 🌟🌟 As the girls take the stage for another day at competition,
I always remind them to take it all in and enjoy every minute of it ❣️ Appreciate that they can do this and that we can afford them the opportunity 🍀
There are so many of us that get lost in moments and forget to appreciate where we are in life and all the little moments that make life amazing,
Even when it is tough😕
Appreciate the moments and the lessons within each moment.
I needed this advice a long time ago and I’m grateful I finally understand it ☝️ Life flies by,
Catch those moments while you can ✨

Enjoying our last day in paradise. 🌺 We’re returning to a hectic week - a handful of closings (yayyy #newhomeowners!!), finishing out a couple big work projects, and then diving into baby prep in March. 👶🏼 Luckily we will have lots to keep us busy until we return to this magic place down the road, with another little Lugo in tow! ❤️ This trip away to refresh and reconnect was so needed.
Hello everyone. My name is Evan Hargis. I am passionate about sports, my beautiful wife and my awesome dog. I found my niche in real estate and love the opportunity to work with such an awesome professional like Jay Haugen and my wife, Jess. I am originally from Colorado but relocated to Arizona after graduating from Grand Canyon University and marrying Jess. I can’t imagine living anywhere other than Arizona now - it feels as though I have been here forever. I really like to work with people moving to Arizona from other states because I remember being in that same boat and I can relate so well. Because Jess has lived here for such a long time, she brings the vast knowledge and understanding of particular niches in our great state. Together we make an unstoppable team dedicated to helping y’all buy and sell homes.

We live in a DIY world. If there is a video online for how to do something, there’s a good chance you can figure out how to do it. While saving money by doing certain projects yourself can be rewarding in many different ways, there are some projects that should be left to the professionals. Unless you have training in specific fields, these 5 things usually require a professional contractor:
Without any electrical experience, you run the risk of causing damage to both yourself and your entire electrical system. Even if you do shut off the power before messing with any wiring, there can still be many issues that arise afterwards - including electrical fire. Avoid the danger and call an electrician!
Knocking down a wall can sound like a fun idea. Even if you were getting excited to release any anger on that wall in your home, this is a time when it is best to call a professional. Walls are a key component in maintaining the integrity of your home and it’s structure. If you accidentally knock down a load-bearing wall, you could cause catastrophic damage.
The name of the structure itself should already make you proceed with caution. Your foundation is the most integral part of your home, and messing with it without experience could land you in a very tough spot.
While some flooring can easily be done alone, some of the bigger projects should be left to the professionals. If leveling the floor is part of the project, it may be time to call someone in. Having a floor that isn’t level can cause you headaches for years to come.
Just like electrical projects, plumbing projects can be extremely complicated. When not done correctly, you can end up with burst pipes, flooding, and interior water damage. Save the stress and call a plumber! **Have any of you taken on flooring yourself? It’s becoming more and more popular to DIY!

Happiness is your choice.
With Charlie in the hospital yet again. It’s easy for me to slip down the path of self pity. Dwelling on the things that you can’t change is destructive for your mind. Release it. I remind myself of this every moment of the day. As her mother I want to protect her from any pain or harm. I feel like a failure- like I’ve done something to cause this in her. Which I know is not true. I’m working on releasing this and coping with the fact that life looks differently that I thought it would. And, that’s okay. Gods got this, me, her, our family, the future and it’s not on me to try and control that.
Sometimes I forget how lucky I am! 😇🍀
2020’s already given me some great memories 💭💯 From Barrett Jackson to Mountainside Fitness’ Peak Awards 💪🏼🏆, then San Diego for the Super Bowl & Grandma Eileen’s 87th ♥️, to helping my client successfully navigate the turbulent waters of a simultaneous close 🌊🏄🏼♂️🏠🎉 A very fruitful year so far!

My name is Jessica Hargis and I am a 25 year old Arizona native. I grew up on the west side in Peoria and since then have lived in Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, Ahwatukee and now Queen Creek. I am familiar with the entire Greater Phoenix Area and have an incredible love and passion for Arizona real estate. I work along side my wonderful freckled soul mate and husband, Evan. Together we both work along side a real estate veteran and true expert, Jay Haugen. He has been in the real estate business for 40+ years and acts as our mentor and contract pro. I am so thrilled to be in the real estate business and love the ability to grow and build meaningful relationships.

I’m finally finished! I have been posting about my “Passion Project” for a few weeks and I’m so excited to report that we are complete.
I have been wanting to turn one of our rentals into an Air BNB for quite some time now and as 2019 came to an end and we ended our lease with one of our tenants it was the perfect time!
My husband and I and of course our Contractor 🙃 have put a lot of TLC into this home. From paint, to backsplash tile to all new everything this place is ready to be filled with visitors!
I’m definitely nervous and excited all at the same time but proud that I am following through on something that I have been talking about wanting to do.
The listing is live and in my Bio. Some updates are still being made but please share with anyone you might know coming to the Phoenix Area. I would love to host them! 🥂 Cheers to new beginnings 🥂

What are your goals and what action are you going to take to start achieving them? 👊🏽 “Everyone who ever did anything had to start. Most people don’t begin with a grand vision. They start with an idea and an action. Through the process of doing they build something greater... All ideas are considered insane until executed. The key is to just start.” @garyvee

Some of the pretty little vertical shots from the luxury Peoria home we shot 🏡📷✨
I was asked this earlier by a Real Estate agent on LinkedIn and the text in the image was my response 👇🏽 "What is the quality of leads that you provide? Do your leads convert to buyers or sellers at least 90%" -RE agent
When you make a contingent offer, have a deadline, and are doing anything to get noticed.
When making a contingent offer, you are considered a risky offer. You have to have some attractive terms to be able to compete. Which is why I’m also throwing in my children.
Hosting an Open House at this fine Badassery today designed by @JoelContreras2 presented by Amy Williams and @the.architectural.group! This unbelievable stunner in the heart of Coronado Historic District is 2,944sf, 4b/2.5b, you’ll want to live here! @ $250/sf ...wait...what???? #helloflatfee
It’s all in the details 📷✨
It’s so incredibly important to have pristine, professional photos of your house when you are ready to sell your home. But even more so, it’s crucial to get small details around the home that make it feels warm, cozy, loved and of course practical to live with! This luxury home in North Peoria features a large farmhouse sink in the kitchen, a custom fireplace, huge vent hood above the gas stove, beautiful courtyard with a fountain and many other spectacular features. Of course we got photos of all of these perks along with photos of the decor which makes the home feel real, lived in, loved and warm.
From now on I will try to be 100% vulnerable with you guys and show everything that most people are scared to 🤷🏽♂️ My next post will show what kind of living situation I am currently in and how I use positivity and mindset shifts to keep pushing towards my dreams 💪🏽 From now on I will show you guys the complete uncensored, unfiltered, rawness of who Brandon really is.
And if you don't like me being raw from now on that's fine.... I know talking about our inner demons and realness is not for everyone.
But I am sick of everyone flashing everything that goes well in their life, but are too afraid to talk about the other 95% of the times where everything just goes extremely wrong and how it feels to deal with depression and other serious things like that.
So stay tuned and if you don't like listening to these kinds of topics being talked about, feel free to ignore my posts or unfollow me. ❤️ Wishing nothing but love and success for you guys!

Wood in a home adds warmth and charm. An accent wall of rustic wood ties in nicely with the wood accent pieces in this home.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
