Last year, @kfc in the UK faced a PR crisis when hundreds of locations were forced to shut down after the fast food chain ran out of its signature fried chicken.
Their clever apology, crafted by @motherlondon, helped change the conversation on social media and win their fans back.

Are you struggling to get customers with your ads?🤔
If your ads need improvement, here are three things to look at:
1. Your Overall Strategy: A lot of times we'll see people struggling because they're basically "re-inventing the wheel" with their internet ads.
For example - if your main sales process is an in-store visit, your Internet ads should simply drive more in-store visits.
But in a lot of cases, people try to use the Internet to *replace* that sales process that's already working.
That's not the idea. You want to simply use the Internet to drive MORE people into what's ALREADY working ...not re-invent the wheel.
2. Your Audience: Regardless of what type of platform you’re using ...whether it’s Facebook, Instagram, YouTube ...whatever ...you’re usually paying a certain amount of money for every 1,000 people who see your ad.
Since this is the case ...doesn’t it make sense to ONLY show your ads to people who ALREADY want what you have to offer?
This is where good targeting comes into play.
If you’re not 100% certain your ads are being shown to people who already want what you’re selling, you can see a great improvement by fixing that.
3. The ads themselves: A recent article stated that the average person sees up to 10,000 ads per day now. The good news is that most of them are completely ignored. There’s an art and science to creating ads that people actually pay attention to.
Want to know what your ads should be about? They should be about YOUR CUSTOMER.
